Great place. First time I've stopped here, and couldn't feel more welcomed by the staff. Andy (the manager of the place) is a great bloke - really chatty and nothing is too much trouble for him. Parking is fully camera'd up, with security on all night too. Meg is in the cafe knocking out some great home cooked food. Proper chips - none of this frozen stuff! The place is easy to find - just put the postcode in that's on Google, and it'll bring you to the door. Clean toilets and showers too - a real rarity these days.

Popped in Friday because I'd heard such good reports about this place, was greeted on arrival by Chris and told him I was after a truck wash, he parked me up in the wash area and told me to go and meet Andy and the kettle was put on, had a 30 min chat and brew, these chaps deserve every single but of recognition that they deserve. . What a FANTASTIC pair of fellas and sincerest apologies but I didn't get the wash lads name but the lorry was spotless also. 1st time here and certainly not the last. Made to feel really welcome from the start. Shown where to park and where the clean facilities were, had some fab food with plenty of talking and a nice hot shower to finish. What more do you want after a 15hr day. Oh, it's nice and quiet here too.

Ive worked at ADS as a security officer on night for 1.5 years and have been a yard man for close to 5-6 months. I can personally vouch for Andy that he treats his staff and customer like family. He has great banter not only in the cafe with the drivers but also with his staff which he treats like colleagues and not employees. He brings us into the decision making processes and asks us for feedback and how something could be done better like a true leader.

I have known andy personally for 20 yrs plus he always puts 110% into everything he does he is a genuine guy and if somthings not right he will put it right l follow him everday on m.facebook as im not on facebook but religiously check every day whats been posted i also like that he personally replies to every review left all the reviews i have read are positive on here which shows he is doing somthing right good luck andy and staff and hope you go from strength to strength 💪 👍

Great place with good food and plenty of banter. The owner is a real character, which is refreshing when you think how drone like many folks are these days. His attitude to the scamdemic was legend. It's great to meet someone who has the capacity to think for themselves. Good showers, good atmosphere and good hygiene. No grubby sinks etc here. Five stars.

Called up to see if could get a space at ADS truck stop tonight. After having no microwave working all week there was plenty of options for a hot meal here (massive portions) the people were lovely and very welcoming. Really nice place to stay. There is no other way to explain this truck stop other than the best!! One of the only truck stops which looks after the drivers to the heart. Not only is the owner a full barrel of laughs but the locals treat you as if you're one of them. If you're ever in Stoke-on-Trent then park here! Plus they have a decent shower which is free!

Brilliant truckstop! The guys here are very welcoming and easy to get along with. It’s safe and secure, the food is amazing, Personally don’t think there’s a better truckstop for food! It has everything you need for a break or overnight. Showers/toilets are clean not like most little truckstops, The truck wash is better than going through any machine wash. My experience show’s how honest the people here are, i left my wash bag about a year ago and have only just gotten back to collect it, he kept it in a safe place with all contents still inside. If that doesn’t show dedication to customers I don’t know what will! Keep it up ADS i will be visiting again.

Parking is okay, but the wifi is very weak even when I am the only one parking there, during the day its very noisy, and the parking spaces a little bit too narrow so if you dont park perfectly you will always bump your door into the truck's mirror standing next to you and vice versa.

All you need. Cheap and cheerful. Didn't try the food but prices looked really good. 20 ounce steak for £10.50. Used to park here if delivering in the area but can't any more because you now have to turn your fridge off at 9 o'clock. I'm sorry if running fridges upset other drivers but you all want your fresh food and pharmaceutical services so how do you think they get there?

Would I recommend ADS Truck Parking?!? NOW THAT IS A QUESTION! BAD POINTS.... Its snowing! Good Points! Greeted with a smile, Easy parking, Good facilities with a HOT shower! Just make sure you leave it as you find it, In my case it was spotless! Toilets available, Canteen on site, No meal voucher included however you cant go wrong for the money! 20onz steak for £10.50p! Also the last time I was called sir I was in front of a judge! 😂😂 Amazing Stop, 100% recommended, if you want to come to a truck stop, for truck drivers, BY a truck driver, this is your place to come! Without doubt the best truckstop the UK has to offer. Nothing is ever too much. If you need anything the guys here will go above and beyond to get you what you need. Popped in for the first time today to have a gander... I'm glad I did. It's definitely a place I'll be using again, its clean it's tidy and welcoming. Andy the owner is a friendly polite guy and he cooks a spot on full English whith an engaging conversation thrown in. It's a proper old school Truck Stop not a transport cafe. Keep doing what you're doing Andy you've got a great place there.

Stopped there for the first time last night, everything that Andrew and staff are hoping to achieve i wish them the best as they cannot do enough for you. Everything is clean and the food is good which is what you want at the end of your shift and we'll worth stopping and overnight parking is totally peaceful .

I found this hard to find as I followed my satnav to the wrong entrance. But I called up and was directed correctly all the staff are friendly and helpful the owner Andy is the chef too and he produced a really good scran. It was a bit slow but he is a perfectionist and wanted it to be right. No complaints about this place it’s new but if they continue to perform like this I think it will be a success.
