Such a lovely quiet massive park, with loads for the little ones to do, a lovely walking area, with sport courts a skate park and a quite impressive child play park. Really enjoyed it here and with so much rooms for kids to run and play it was truly wonderful.

Beautifully well maintained park in Burslem area of Stoke on Trent and right beside Port Vale football ground. It's got a cafe, toilets, tennis courts, skate park, lake, basketball court, bowling green, children's play area and gardens. Plenty of free parking on the streets by the park.

Lovely park and free entry. There's street parking around the park. The park is a good size and well maintained. As well as some interesting features like fountains and sculptures, there are also good facilities. There's a cafe, toilets, tennis court and skate park.

Unexpected surprise. Lovely Edwardian park, nicely maintained. Lots of wide all-weather paths, and a variety of things to do from play area to pavilions for sitting. Waterfall and rockey feature, large duck pond. Will be back!

Watching my team Plymouth Argyle play at Vale. Have had conflicting reports on Burslem, but I have to say the public park here is immaculate. Perfectly cut grass, very well kept. Lots of open space, beautiful trees, a lake, a waterfall and a nice children's play. And I'm in the little cafe having a coffee.......let's hope we win!! Ps we didn't.....

One of the nicest parks I've ever been to with a really nice water feature lake area that makes the ambience/sound just really good. Great place for any age. Wouldn't recommend cutting through at night tho.

A really lovely green lung in burslem. Plenty of good accessible paths but the site is quite sloping so challenging for wheelchair use. Plenty of benches ,we had a picnic overlooking the bowling green which was in use at the time. Small skate park and basketball court. Generally kept in good condition which is great to see. Easily accessible from the nearby Greenway. We walked from Westport lake using it

It's beautiful, it really is. There's a lot to see and the thought that has gone into the design and it's upkeep are excellent. It's a gem which does not let you in on its secrets until you enter.

First visit to this park after recommendation from a relative. Pleasantly surprised how well it's being looked after. Plenty of open space. The place has a victorian feel to its layout with features such as the small lake. Could see it being quite busy at weekends so would recommend a mid week visit if you're looking for solitude.

Clean, good facilities, nice to walk around with the kids, dogs, family or friends. Perfect park for a pic nic due to the neat and tidy grassed areas of which their are many and their are also pic nic tables and benches through the park. Basket ball/football courts, kids play area, small pond with fish and ducks, bowling green, cafe, dog park and more. Definitely worth a visit on a nice day!

This is a park that's kept to a high standard. Nice place to visit and feels welcoming. It feels safe , unlike a couple of city parks that look unkempt and you are sharing space with people drinking out of cans, and asking for money. No folk shouting , on substances. Who ever is helping to create this environment, good on you. Like to congratulate pic nicers who strew litter about within sight of litter bins. Paths good for wheelchairs. Lovely to see it being used by families and elderly. Sometimes difficult to park on Moorlands Rd so I park by enterence off Hamill Rd.

Not been in a while.. very nice, theres 2 new water fountains that I've not seen before, very well kept park and a nice change of scenery, I loved some of the trees,,absolutely beautiful, well done to stoke on Trent council for tending to the parks,, that are available to us all 👍

This is, along with all the other lovely parks in Stoke on Trent such a nice to visit but - sadly only if you visit it within the Safe hours. Think 9.00 - 4.00. After, this park in common with all other parks in Stoke on Trent are given over to... which renders them Very dangerous places to visit.

This is such a lovely park. Formal gardens, a duck pond, fountains, art, bandstand, picnic tables and a kids play area, plus the added bonus of an enclosed dog exercise area. Plenty of bins (by today's standards!) and entrances/exits. Links perfectly to the Greenway trail which connects a number of green spaces from Hanley to Cobridge, Burslem, Tunstall and Westport etc. Well worth a visit, they also have the occasional festival and dog show (c19 allowing). A gem in SOT!

Set in the he lovely little town of Burslam, near Stok on Trent is a lovely hidden gem of a park. Complete with small lake, cafe, children's play are. A great place for an afternoon stroll and meet up with friends... socially distance of course . Better part of three hours were spent well!

Beautiful park, well tended, litter free. Good layout and a fairly decent children's play area. It also has a cafe and bandstand- very Victorian in its layout and feel which is a nice throwback. The duckpond has Canada geese as well! Great for Pokemon Go too...

Love Burslem park, take the kids or walk the dog (or both) there's a fantastic cafe in the middle of the park, u can sit inside or outside if the weather's good, 4 of us went for lunch with drinks and it was less than a tenner, lovely staff there (they're volunteers but the service is top notch). The gardens are beautifully tended and there's often special events there with live music, or kids days or dog shows, litter free and an absolute pleasure to visit.

Agree with everyone else's comments. It's only small but a lovely, well kept park, complete with its own grey squirrel! It's great for families as it has a playground, open spaces for playing ball games, a small lake and resident ducks, fountains and a cafe. It is beautifully maintained and a credit to the workers there.

Burslem Park is a beautifully maintained Grade II Listed Heritage Park. The very HEART of Burslem and one of the most beautiful Town Park & Gardens in the area. I LOVE walking through it all year round to see what the amazing team of gardeners are doing with it. A wonderful place to while away a few hours.

I have visited this park all my life ,it really is looking lovely. There has been a lot of money spent on refurbishment the fountain is working again and the bandstand is still there. Also there is a nice cafe and good play area for children.

Absolutely beautiful. A real hidden gem in the centre of Burslem. Lovely water fountains and large pond with beautiful scenery if you're looking to just go for a casual stroll. Theres a skate park as well as swings and slides for the kids too.

Fabulous designed landscape with something for everyone. Play park, water fountains, bandstand, faux wilderness. Only downside is lack of toilets. There are some in the café but this is run by volunteers and only has limited opening hours and of course is completely closed due to lockdown.

There are many positive experiences to be had visiting Burslem park. On your own, with family or mates, if you're passing by, spending some time here, or frequenting through Burslem park, it's always worth it. Throughout the centre of the park, there are examples of restored architecture, aligned walkways, with a warm aesthetic to combine the two. Surrounding the centre: to the right is a large play area and field, ahead a lush, sizeable pond with connected walkways and steps all round, to the left are mini skate parks and tennis courts, and behind are bowling greens with more connected walkways. In any weather, with any crowd of people, Burslem park is definitely an enjoyable place to visit.

Amazing what a difference now the grass has been cut , it was like playing " Hopscotch" avoiding mess left behind by Dogs owners ! So it's Sxxx free at the moment , cafe open and very reasonable too , Fabulously run by Mick Watson voluntarily being run too i must add !👌also not much sign of " Dope smoking " during College lunch times which was getting outta order !.
