Recently bought a car from here and was dealt with by Mr Lee Bean. He made the process an absolute dream from start to finish. He made sure the car, being a used Audi, was in tip top condition before I picked it up and helped me understand every detail and was happy to answer the millions of questions I had. Having been to a few car places before hand and having really bad experiences, Audi was the last place we were visiting. Since moving from Honda after 13 years, my expectations of Audi of a high calibre range to be better. The customer service is 'OK' - but not on par with Honda after my first year with Audi. Calls are often not replied to and I have to chase. My Audi Cam report was over exaggerated by the Technician stating I needed to pay £193 for a new axle mount, when in fact it turned out to be an advisory - only having the vehicle for 1 year so far, this mount would certainly not perish in 1 year from my ownership - so why not picked up on previous reports/servicing/MOT? Generally I find Audi 'OK' but not great if I have to be honest.

Disappointing to be honest, expect more from Audi. The complementary vacuum was pretty poor and the boot was not done at all. Plus, on collection I asked about the additional work requested (rear wiper blade cover) and was advised the cover was not in stock but could be ordered and details would be in the vehicle health check and Audi Cam Video. This wasn't available on collection, fair enough, but I was advised I'd have it by COP that day. I've yet to receive the health check and Audi Cam Video.

Since buying my first Audi from here, I've always returned and never had an issue with the work carried out and general customer service is usually pretty good. Waiting lounge is a nice touch, as are free drinks etc, courtesy car always available or a lift to your desired location, but today, I have to give a special mention to Denise S, exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Shame not all customer facing staff are as polite or as cheerful, especially working on a Saturday. Will continue to return.

Mahmoud was very helpful, over the phone, by email and in person when we visited the showroom. The whole process of purchasing a TT and part exchange was dealt with competently. Handover went smoothly. The only negative was that a loss of tyre pressure came up soon after driving away and, subsequently, all 4 tyres were found to have wide variation in pressure from the recommended levels. A strange thing to occur after a comprehensive check. We are keeping an eye on the tyres. Otherwise, all went well.

Went to have my new A1 checked out after the car started reporting a fault. This was a warranty claim, so I was expecting a bit of reluctance from the dealership since I did not buy my car here. I was treated in the best way possible, the car was checked out quickly, the issue (which was pretty small) was resolved in no time. I was offered a complimentary wash and inside cleaning. My recent purchase of an Audi A3 makes me a fourth time around Audi owner but this was my first visit to Inchcape, Swindon. I had emailed ahead to let the Sales Executive, Harry Davies, know that I was looking for a car and received a phone call from him to ask what my preferences for the car would be (model, fuel type, budget, colour choices). Two days later, I had a Saturday afternoon appointment (my choice of time), to test drive the two cars he had selected for me to drive that he believed met my requirements. I had a very friendly, professional welcome, immediately offered refreshments and generally made to feel as if I was the most important customer in the world. The two cars selected for me to test drive were both exactly what I was looking for and consequently I found it very hard to make a choice. Despite one being slightly over my budget, at no time did I feel under any pressure to favour one or the other and, in fact, I decided to go home and to take 24 hours to think it over. Just over 48 hours after making my decision to purchase (I elected to go for the slightly more expensive one in the end), I took ownership of my new car. Harry Davies made the whole process extremely simple for me, taking care of all the necessary paperwork including the transfer of personal plates and ensuring that I was kept informed and happy throughout. The car was immaculately prepped when I took ownership and my 'owners' file completed and explained at every stage. I am delighted with my new car and friendly professionalism of service I received throughout the purchase and would highly recommend Inchcape Audi Swindon.

On entering Audi Swindon over a year ago, I was blown away with the level of service we got. It completely changed my view on Audi not having a pleasant experience with another dealership elsewhere... I always give credit where credit is due.. I have had my car now for a little over a year and I've had nothing but superb service from them from all their staff. I have just had my first service, it was picked up by their Technician Maksym Ryzhuk whom performed the service and return my car back, giving the same level of service I would expect from them as I measure it to what Amy has given, so far I can't fault any of the staff at Audi Swindon, from their Sales team, Aftersales (Angela in Service Bookings), Service and Parts Depasrtment and others within the Franchise to whom I have had dealings with as well as the Receptionists, I have had nothing but positive words for them all. 5 Stars for sure. After 7 years I decided to 'upgrade' my Audi A7. I had been watching an S7 for at least two months and when the price came down to within my ideal price range I decided to visit Swindon Audi. I can't fault the customer service on the used car side of their business. The sales guy was attentive at all times and even though I went to and fro deciding whether to buy the car he stayed focused and was very pleased when I decided to put pen to paper. So I am now the happy owner of a very low mileage S7 black edition, perfect car for what my wife and I need. I would have no hesitation in dealing with Swindon Audi again. This is my fourth Audi over 15 years and I will honestly say the whole end to end buying experience was better than anything that I had experienced before.

This review is only missing that star because of a few little things. 1. i could not collect the car on the day i needed to and had to book annual leave to do it. The Saturday was not available due to a sales event taking place. 2. Although the car was ready for collection when i arrived it lacked two key things. One was any fuel and the 2nd was a boot cover. Both these things were fixed in a short space of time, but it does show a lack of attention to detail. Each member of the team in Swindon that i spoke to were very eager to get a 5 star rating and requested i did so, but i don't see how this is possible with those few little mishaps. Overall Great car, Great price and friendly people that i would recommend to others with a message to ensure you do your own visual checks before accepting any car. I could have quite easily driven away without a boot cover if i had not looked.

I own an elderly Audi A3 Sportback which I normally have maintained by a local independent rather than an Audi main dealer so this was my first visit to Swindon Audi, the Aircon problem being beyond my local independent and needing Audi expertise. Having booked the car in via their (Inchcape's) central call centre I decided to drop the car off late in the morning the day before the appointment having checked with Swindon that it was ok to do so. Greeted by Denise who explained how they would be handling this, she undertook to call me when they had diagnosed the issue and quote me for the repair. Within a couple of hours Denise had called me with the diagnosis and quote plus Technician Matt had sent a video report on the overall condition of the vehicle. Within another hour a further call and the car fixed and collected same day.....the day before the appointment! Superb Service, great communication, and an overall fantastic customer experience. I bought my S6 after searching high and low for the particular one and Swindon Audi had it, I was traveling from Scotland to buy the car so had a 6hr drive down to view it, prior to seeing the car I'd chatted and emailed Jake Bryan who sorted everything out for me, Jake sadly was on his day off so wasn't available to close the sale but it was a case of test drive the car, sign the paperwork and pay for it so all in all deal done in less than an hour and I was on my way back to Scotland, only reason I didn't give the 5 stars it deserves I was asked if there was anything else they could do for me and I asked "any chance of an Audi brolly" salesman asked his manager and was told "no he can't have one as he got an additional years warranty" bit tight in my book I'd just spent a fair bit of cash, so other than that good dealership.
