More visible presence of security or car park attendants would be nice to reassure the more vulnerable of us when groups retuning to car although good to have an assistance button on the pay machine.

C. H.I pre paid for my visit. The number plate recognition did not pick up my number plate, both on the way in and on exit I had to press a button for help. This was time consuming and unnecessary. There were many who had the same issues. I won't use this car park again

B. C.Decent secure car park with fairly large spaces, though it could do with lines as well as the blue rectangles to help you when reversing in. The slightly weird thing is that if you pre-pay you don't get the card required to regain entry through some of the doors... Most confusing.
a. b.I like this car park because it's fairly central and charges only for 1 hour rather than 2 unlike the other car parks
C.This car park is OK and is close to the area of JRC Global Buffet which is why I used this car park to make it quicker for me to get the buffet location at the time. Cheap reasonable affordable parking rates too if not staying long period of time. The area outside the car park is not safe and many things or drug junkies lurk about hence why I used this car park to keep my car a "bit" safer from getting broken into. 🚗🚕🚘
L. T.Has been improved with new lifts but can still smell of urine at times. Door locks have not worked since I knew this car park but it is still quite safe.

A. A.Used during a visit to the JRC Global buffet, probably could do with more paypoints at different levels. Entrance is not clearly signed in my opinion and if you drive too fast you'll miss it, especially if you haven't been before. The drive lane into the car park is also quite narrow for a big car so had to take it slowly if you have anything like a big SUV. On the plus side it's still not too hard to find, good sized bays, electric charge points for hybrid cars and disabled parking. I can't remember anything on cctv but I huess that's standard with car parks in this day and age. It is also well lit in the night and reasonably priced. although Sainsbury's allow 2 hours free parking just round the corner.
R. A.Massive queues for ticket machines - spaces available when going for shows at the Colosseum but only two ticket machines at each entrance so massive queues when trying to leave.
Why not enable 'pay at exit' or 'pay online' like many other car parks in Hertfordshire?! Especially since registration number is recorded on the ticket upon entry

Homeless people tend to hang around by side entrance also the smell of urine is present as the Gade is not located within the complex

J. S.Price is good (basically £1 an hour), but if you go over 5 hours it'll charge you for 12. Payment methods include cash and contactless card payments. Also uses licence plate recognition.
A. R.There needs to be more than 4 playing machines on the ground floor as on matchdays the queues can be 20 mins long as there are 3 one end and only 1 at the other. There needs to be more on the other levels so people can get out quicker

B. G.(Translated) Located in the heart of Watford, next to the high street. Safe, large, easily accessible. Often there are few parking spaces due to their good location, very popular. There are also 2 lifts, making it easy to get to the car parks on the upper levels. On weekends, people visiting Watford have a favorite parking spot, as the entertainment venues on the high street are a few minutes ’walk away. The parking garage is open 0-24.

Watford szívében található, a high street mellett. Biztonságos, nagy , könnyen megközelíthető. Gyakran kevés a parkolóhely a jó elhelyezkedése miatt,nagyon közkedvelt. 2 lift is üzemel,megkönnyítve a felsőbb szinteken parkolók közlekedését. Hétvégente a watfordba szórakozni járó emberek kedvenc parkolóhely , mivel a high streeten található szórakozóhelyek pár perc sétával megközelíthetők. A parkolóház 0-24 üzemel.
