B. L. &. E. V.Pretty nice car park with loads of spaces and convenient access to CrownGate and the town. Unfortunately the 3 lifts that serve the car park users only have 1 working lift which can get quite crowded at peak hours considering this is one of Worcester’s primary car parks but the lift that is still working is quite fast and efficient which takes you directly into the shopping centre. I heard they are planning on modernising them soon so hopefully the problem should be solved after the modernisation. There is on site security with lots of security guards patrolling as well as CCTV monitoring in the car park so you don’t have to worry about car theft. It is also open 24 hours which is good if you work the night shift.
E. C.A large multi-storey, plenty of spaces. Reasonably priced and a good location. Pay with the machines before exiting.

Easy access to the shops usually but beware, at the moment the lifts are blocked off because of covid so not a good idea for disabled or mums with children and pushchairs. Also beware all large car owners, the turning into and out of this car park is tight to say the least. The exit especially is a challenge with lots of different car paint all over the walls either side to prove it .Far better car parks available around the city
M. G.Situated in Worcester Town, all undercover apart from roof top. Lift or stairs in centre to bring you into crowngate shopping. Good price per hour, pay upon leaving using pay pods with your car reg. Always available parking, sometimes you have to circle to find. Sercured safe parking

N.Good car park, as a stones throw from the city centre. Good pricing easy to pay for the parking - as it is completely ticketless there was no worries about losing/forgetting your ticket. Surprised other car parks don’t follow suit, very convenient
J. E.Finally the lifts are fixed lots of spaces but unfortunately some people need to learn how to park
J. A.Easy access both in the car and on foot in to the main shipping centre. Spaces are a bit tight however there are some wider spaces at the top. Good fast lifts that are always in operation. There is a car wash facility on site from waves. Cost is great at weekends and bank holidays a little steep during the week but that's what you have to expect in these times.
M. I.A convenient car park. It records your car number on entry with the time. When you have finished, you enter the number in the payment machine, pay and drive out.
R. J.For city centre parking it's very reasonable and the £1 on a Sunday is a bargain! The price of the ev charging is crazy so don't use them, but the car wash on the second level is good. If I had one criticism I'd say the pillars are a bit too regular and intrude into the spaces, but you just need to be careful when driving into the parking bays.
A. C.Trying it for the first time I'd be parking here alot more. With alot wider ramps when you move up different levels and good amount of space for parking. I'd highly recommend it! Also it's not badily priced and also there is a car wash on site.

K. W.It's a decent car park, does get busy but can usually find a space. Only problem I have found is usually 1 of 3 lifts work, this does make it difficult when parking on the top level when you have your children with you.
J. S.The after 17:00 parking fees are very reasonable. The only negative is that
some of the pillars separating car parking spaces are fat at the bottom, making them easy to scrape your car on. This problem could be avoided if they were fat all the way up. The exit design is excellent.
T. O.Clean, big spaces and secure. Make sure you pay before you try and exit especially in the evening. Not really clear and a long walk around the building to get back in!
m. j.City centre carpark right in the middle of Worcester with great views from the top floor of Worcester and surrounding area.
Parking charges are very reasonable as well .
B. M.Probably the best place to park if accessing the town centre. It's located in the middle of the city next to the bus station and part of the corwngate shopping centre. You pay for your parking as you leave as when you arrive you are given a ticket from a machine on entry. This means you only pay for the time you actually spend there no guessing how long you may take. Pricing is competitive compared to other car parks in the area. Overnight parking is also available.

E. H.This carpark is often very busy and very tight for parking. My family and I dread having to use it. It's not for unconfident drivers/parkers.

H. _.Great car park but I don't think there's a lift or anything for people who are disabled like me. I'm am sticks so I can manage stairs SLOWLY but people in chairs or scooters wouldn't have any option other than the ground floor.

p. e.A nice secure car park fairly easy to find. Exit easy to find but sadly no signs pointing you in any direction when you leave the car park. I am a stranger to Worcester, having visited Elgar School of Music. and ended up going the wrong way down a one way street. Please could you put some signs up before 30 May 2017. I am Peter Evans;' wife and a dip stick too!
M. J.Best car park in Worcester. Secure, tidy and easy to use. Reasonably priced considering it's the only car park my car hasn't been dented or scratched.
