This car park is next to Clifford's Tower which is now open. Costing ten pounds to go in and five pounds for a booklet. At the top the view is amazing. I think over a million pound was put in to the refurbishment.

4hrs car park for £7.80. Close to York Minister, and city walls, Shambless. Nice view and panorama. Recommended

It's a car park... But with a World Heritage castle slap bang on it. Can you ever imagine that happening to Stonehenge? Me neither!! Conveniently situated near to the city centre. You simply must visit the castle museum opposite and also the world renowned Yorvik viking museum, travel in a 'time capsule' and see the sights, sounds (and smells) of ancient York right up to recent history. Don't forget the National Railway Museum a short walk away for a full day out. These are fabulous attractions. Whilst visiting the city, why not walk the city walls, for free, & stand where the Romans stood guard.

Location brilliant, cost is ok (to be expected for area and location), but parking spaces and roadways are now to narrow. In need of modernisation which probably means loosing a handful of spaces.

Very nice scenic car park near Clifford's Tower and near to Coppergate and the city Centre, but the car park surface area is cracking up and pot holes developing, so will need re surfacing in places..

Very hard to park if other car are big on the opposite side to were you want to park . Very tight to get around .. not enough disabled parking spaces with not much room to get out of cars it you need help in a wheelchair.

I gave it 3 stars for the following. The pricing is exploiting visitors to York For the price id at least expect a better car park,. Lots of wholes,. Poor painting lines,. Drivers park where they want making it difficult to manage the car park. Use some of the money to make the car park better. For the price next time we will park in Q-Park for £1 more and have a better experience

Tight parking spaces. Uneven surfaces. Lots of trade vehicles, and ego-vehicles tend to drive at road speeds. Many drivers do not follow the direction indications and the space for passing is tight. Needs improvement, but very handy for the southern side of the city centre. In the longer term it may well disappear.

Very handy parking, but tight spaces for bigger cars. £2.70 for an hour and 19.50 from 0900 x 1700hrs, which seems expensive when you want to visit the city, with a family there are other expenses too. But, so central for everything!

The Clifford Street Car Park road needs replacing with new tar because its has a lot of pot holes must of them are very deep and wide when you drive you can feel the holes plus when you are a disabled person its not very good for you while you're are walking and settledy on your legs you can fall and trapped over hart yourself badly

It's ok if you can go and actually get a disabled space now York has made it so you can't park within York considering we pay for a blue badge you can't always get a space so have to wait and hope someone returns bit annoying but that's life eh

The spaces are too far too small for modern cars; highly likely to pick up dents here in my experience. I once had to climb into my car from the passenger seat as someone had parked next to me while I had been shopping.
