L. D.Car park innit. Good if you need to park a car. Expensive. Use the park & ride for a better experience.

The primary method of payment requires downloading a specific mobile phone app, but bank cards could be used at a higher fee. The machine appears to take contactless payment but after trying 4 cards between myself and my companions we concluded the machine actually only takes inserted cards.

E. G.£2.50 per hour 😮 the online app to purchase longer tickets when on the go is great but the parking rate is extortionate. Also our ticket stated we'd paid at 2.48pm but said it expired at 4:30pm even after paying for 2 hours. We also had the baby to get out and back into the car so in effect, we paid for 2 hours but got less than 1 and a half.
N.As a Google reviewer I'd rather not talk about this car park... nearly always spaces free and a short pleasant walk to town!
It's my tip for easy town parking.
Only £2 flat rate after 6pm.

P. O.A bit daft scoring a car park, but as car parks go, this is a nice one. It is right on the river bank and the cars are visible to both the people walking along the river and the people I the tall block behind, so not too inviting to the criminals. It is quite small, and several of the spaces have tree cover, so cooler car, it poo covered car, depending on your point of view.
P. D.Good price, close to town and the river for walking, careful if the river is close to flooding!
