I have been going to Claire at Achieve Health and Fitness for just over a year.
Claire is very knowledgeable in her field and I have made a huge amount of progress working alongside her. Claire is very approachable and easy to talk to when it comes to workouts and nutrition. The studio is well kitted out and unlike a busy gym, no waiting for kit.
All in all, Claire is an excellent Personal Trainer whom I would recommend to anyone.

Claire managed to diagnose my issue with lower back and with my shoulder with ease. Then then proceeded to massage out the muscles that were tense and tight. Both times she helped me to not be in pain anymore and I was able to get back to working out within a few days.
She also gave me some stretches to take away with me help my mobility, so I didn't have anymore issues.
Claire would tell you what she was doing and let you know exactly where she found issues in your muscles.
Very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and even let you pick the scent of the oil.
Will definitely be back for more massages.

I have only been working with Claire for a few weeks but already I can see a difference in my energy and motivation levels, I really look forward to our 1:1 session, plus I have already started losing weight. What I love the most though, is that Claire really listens, if you are worried or confused about something she explains and reassures and if you're feeling pain or discomfort during an exercise she either helps you change your positioning until its not painful or stop that particular exercise and swaps it for another rather than brushing it off and telling you to keep going.

I joined Claire's online PT at the end of last year after almost cancelling my gym membership as i wasn't going. Having never been in contact with a PT before i was worried about what i let myself in for, claire soon put me at ease and the plan she set was manageable and realistic to my fitness level. Claire was always checking in to she how i was getting on and being very supportive.
Now i try and get along to a face to face session as much as possible. Her enthusiasm and advise on technique has helped push me further than i ever thought possible. I always come out a session full of energy and achievement. Would recommend claire to anyone looking for a PT who knows her stuff and full of encouragement.
