I really enjoy my time with AMP and training with Adam. I have been taking regular sessions for just over a year now and honestly I have never had such great progress with my arm and shoulder strengthening and growth.
The sessions are adaptable to what I needed to focus on and not having much idea on fitness or excerise, it was easy to learn with support from trainers.
