Ross is great. I had a serious issue with my right hip flexors and I'm pretty sure last time I could touch my toes was in high school. After first session I was touching the floor with my legs straight with ease. The sessions were tough but Ross adjusted the intensity according to my needs. My hip is so much better these days thanks to the few sessions we had together. I would definitely recommend him and I will be back when I will need physio again.

In each session Ross did such a great job feeling at home, then we started the mobility work! The work is tough, not just a bunch of static stretches, but the results are worth it. From even the start to the finish of just one session I saw massive results, once for my shoulder, and once for my hip. I would recommend his sessions to anyone who wants to take their flexibility and mobility to the next level!

Before going to see Ross I thought my back was a bit stiff but didn't really know what to do about it, and over the first few sessions he explained to me what was wrong and how to fix it, I could immediately see improvements! Over the past month I've gotten a lot more balanced and my back hurts a lot less on the daily (both when exercising and sitting at a desk for long hours). Ross always explains things in details and gave me lots of exercises to do at home in-between sessions. He's also flexible with scheduling and really good at making you feel at ease (as I was initially a bit stressed coming into the gym). Really thankful for his help!

I've been going to see Ross for a month and a half and the sessions have improved my flexibility immensely. I was incredibly inflexible before going to see Ross and didn't even know where to start with fixing the problem, he really quickly figured out what was wrong and I started seeing improvements from the first session. The sessions are tough but always within what I'm comfortable with (never torturous) and Ross is always super encouraging and always happy to explain exactly what we're doing and why it's helpful.
Couldn't recommend him enough.

I've had tightness and pain in my right shoulder/lat muscles for most of this year through hard training in BJJ. After a one-on-one session with Hoss, I achieved better flexibility with minimal pain. I was given useful stretching exercises to complete weekly. Following these, I've noticed a significant improvement in my mobility. Looking forward to the next session!

Hoss is a great trainer , plenty of patience and very approachable and friendly. Puts you through your paces but in a constructive manner and uses positive endorsements rather than “military style” in your face methods. That would put me off straight away and not work at all with me. Tailors to individuals style and ability and very knowledgeable and passionate about stretching, range of movements and general well being and fitness. If you can get a session with this guy you’ll not regret it

Hoss’ mobility sessions are an excellent way to improve your flexibility, freedom of motion or work on a particular injured area. He tailors exercises to suit what you need most! Most importantly, his energy and enthusiasm is the reason that these classes are so productive, as Hoss will push you through the tough times to get the improvements you are looking for! Go see him.

My hip flexors had turned to concrete and I was moving like an 80 year old, I'm not 80 by the way or even close. Ross sorted me right out, it turns out being pain free and mobile is much, much better than being in pain and stiff as a log. Hats off to Ross for coaching me all the way to better mobility, the next coaching session is all ready in the books.

I contacted Hoss after struggling to recover from a hamstring tear. I saw Hoss for five 1 hour sessions. Theses sessions was built up around mobility, strength and releasing muscle tension. The sessions has given me increased mobility, better breathing, a lot less pain and also great ideas on how to improve even more.
Hoss is very knowledgeable and also enthusiastic about people’s mobility. Apart from great results we also had a great time getting there

Hoss gave me an MOT on my body and made the session specific to my issues. Left in a much better condition than when I arrived and can safely say it was the best therapy session I’ve ever done so I plan on seeing Hoss on a regular basis. Very easy going guy as well so he’ll treat you like he’s known you for years.

The best! Hoss designed and taught me an amazing sequence for my shoulders that made a real difference to a long term restriction on my right side. I highly recommend working with him. He makes everything so much fun and is so knowledgable and passionate about what he does. Most importantly he makes sure you get excellent results.

I've always had problems with my mobility and since I've had some sessions, I've improved massively. Hoss make the sessions fun and easy to follow. I hope to continue to have sessions to keep my mobility improving as much as I can.

Within any session you will notice yourself make genuinely surprisingly large improvements in your range of motion. Got to be seen to be believed.
