Kelly is amazing, she makes you smile, even though you are working out. I have had amazing results and everyone coming along is so encouraging. Nothing is unachievable here. Absolutely love my sessions and seeing my progress. Looking to do something different in a female only environment then come along, no judging here just plenty of encouragement to achieve the results you crave. Workouts are tailored and push you so you know you have worked out.

I trained with Kelly for over a year and am only leaving her as I moving!
I started with 121 sessions which I loved and over the course of 6 months I lost over a stone and 27cm, and became stronger every week.
I also started attending the group sessions which are really fun and a lovely environment. All of the exercises can be modified to either be easier or harder depending on people's ability and no one gets left behind.
I also felt like I could talk to Kelly about anything during my 121 sessions and they went so quickly as we would just talk the whole time about all different things!

HER Space helped me get my confidence back. Kelly has created so much more than a space for exercise, there is a true community spirit. I train with Kelly in her small group sessions. She is always supportive and checks in with you to make sure your doing ok. Sessions can be tailored to the individual, I only use little weights 😊. Sessions are fun but you know you have done a work out!

I did my work experience here and it was an amazing environment to work in! Kelly was really approachable and friendly the entire time and I learnt lots of important information surrounding personal training and nutrition. All of the members of the herspace gym were lovely and welcoming throughout the sessions and worked hard. Each session was throughly planned before hand and ran smoothly. I would recommend herspace to any woman who wants to train in a relaxed, comfortable environment to meet her personal needs. I've been with Kelly for a while now and she still brings excitement to sessions! She often has new exercises to do and varies the workouts each time - no session is ever boring. I've had various injuries throughout my time with her and she is understanding and helps me to adapt my workout routine so I can still get fit whilst recovering. Kelly is incredible: she is experienced, well-researched and committed to support you to get the best results for you. She quickly finds what makes you tick and teams that with her expertise in exercise and well-being to develop a training and nutrition plan that works for YOU. Kelly makes every session fun but pushes you to your limit to get results. (She also puts up with my whining when it gets really tough - but takes no prisoners ;))
My PT sessions are the highlight of my week and I can see that I'm doing things that I wasn't at the start of my journey, and that I certainly didn't think I could. Her circuit challenges prove that!
I really benefit from 1-2-1 sessions as I'm not confident in a gym setting yet, Kelly understands that and ensures my sessions are always private, but encourages me to become more confident so that I will be able to enter a shared gym setting when I'm ready.
She's always quick to respond outside of sessions and is really patient with me. I wanted to try weight training and boxing and within a couple of sessions they were incorporated into my training plan.

Kelly is fantastic. I really enjoy my sessions with her. I had a PT before but with childcare issues it was really difficult to always make my sessions. When I met Kelly she was really understanding and accommodating. After two children my body changed and thanks to Kelly I’m on my way to getting my desired body back. I started seeing Kelly with 1-to-1 PT sessions in 2018 and she‘s amazing! She knows her stuff and is super smiley and encouraging. Training with Kelly i can honestly say it was the best decision I’ve ever made. After loosing all my confidence after having my little boy and gaining a new mum pouch, i started by going to small group PT sessions once a week as I was a complete gym novice and have now moved on to just one to one PT sessions. Kelly is extremely supportive not only in session but out of session. She sends me food ideas and isn’t just focusing on making you sweat but by making lifestyle changes to suit your ‘new normal’ and what you want to achieve. Fantastic PT!
I can’t recommend Kelly enough, I signed up as a client for the 6 week shred bootcamp and it was a great experience! Kelly made me feel welcome and in each session I learnt something new and pushed myself to achieve PBs on weights.
She helped with nutrition and was supporting both online and during classes. Was a great way to be held accountable and to train with a group of like minded individuals!

Meeting Kelly was the 1st step of my get healthy project 2021.
From the very first communication with Kelly I knew I had taken the right step, even before we met we had a very in-depth conversation about what my goals where and eating habits etc. So when I first met Kelly I felt like we had already met.
On my first session I was set up with tips of do’s and don’t healthy choices and how to log my food diary, I went shopping and was well on my way to a healthier lifestyle. Then we had another lock down. Kelly was determined not to let that effect anything and swiftly moved our PT to the great outdoors. Kelly was there come hail or snow and never missed 1 session.
Some days I would feel like I wasn’t getting anywhere and Kelly would remind me of the transformation taking place in all my muscles, then point out the parts that I hadn’t noticed shining through and empowered me 🏋🏼♀️
I had 9 months of this amazing lady and truly felt like I had a friend, she is so professional and personable at the same time and really helped me get into my fitness head space.
I gave her a goal of getting me into my bikini for my holiday and unfortunately for my bank balance we surpassed this and it was actually too big for me in the end.
I can’t recommend Kelly enough I never felt like I was out of place and she always pushed me to do my best, everyday was different even though we might have been working the same muscles Kelly always changed things up a bit.
I was sad to say goodbye and I will definitely pick up the phone if I see myself going wayward on my diet again.
