I have been training with Ian for a year now doing the weekly classes. The classes are always fun and have a good bunch of people there. The classes are full body workouts which I find is the best way to workout as we always target every area of the body in each session. I have seen big improvements in my body and am so much stronger from when I started. Ian is a great trainer, he knows what everyone's level is advising on what weight we should be using and showing us how each exercise should be done. I would highly recommend joining 😁

Improtrainer Performance Centre is a great place to train. Ian is very friendly, experienced and professional. Classes and sessions are tailored to the needs of people with all levels of fitness and are really challenging and fun. All the members are very friendly and welcoming too. I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone no matter what your level of fitness

I have been training with Ian now since July this year, he was recommended to me and I am so glad he was. I was really nervous and lacked any confidence before going to see him. Ian asked me what I was looking to achieve went through a plan regarding nutrition, calories and training etc, for the first time ever Ian made me feel that my goals were achievable. Ian is friendly and encouraging, he pushes you when you need it and I am really starting to see results. You won’t find a more personable trainer than Ian, I am currently only doing the PT sessions but I am looking to do the classes too as I now have my confidence back and it’s genuinely all down to Ian. He makes sure that you get your technique right to protect you from injury, he also checks whether you have any issues before starting your session. Ian’s level of support goes above and beyond, he also goes the extra mile if you are having a down day, he is there for you by text or call you can reach out and he’s there. I would highly recommend Ian and IM Pro Trainer to anyone looking for a supportive encouraging PT who really knows his stuff, he has a wicked sense of humour I have never enjoyed working out so much!! Join up you won’t be disappointed 😃

I have used the Proformance Centre on many occasions for both classes and 1 one 1 training sessions and have been more than impressed with both. Owner Ian is an expert in his field and is able to adapt his training techniques to suit my requirements. An excellent space to workout and a friendly inviting atmosphere. I have been training with Ian for a year now. I would highly recommend anyone to join. The classes are great fun. A real mix of ages and strengths but all so welcoming and friendly. The classes vary from one day to the next and a real mixture of cardio and strength. Ian and Callum are both very knowledgeable, encouraging, reassuring and always pushing you to better yourself.
