Been training with Max nearly 6 months, good facility to train in and and have learnt so much through my sessions. Max is an excellent trainer, listens and unders what you want from the training and supports you in achieving your goals. Would 100% recommend.

I trained with Max just over two years ago to meet my personal weight loss and fitness goals. I most recently returned just after lockdown for a few kick-start sessions. I can safely say that Max is a professional, reliable and committed PT who knows what he's talking about when it comes to fat loss and strength training. Overall my fitness has improved massively.
The sessions themselves are well structured and tailored to me, I get a great full body training session each time and have noticed a difference pretty quickly.

Max was my personal for seven months and with his in depth knowledge about fitness and nutrition I lost a total of 9kgs. Max's specialty is combing boxing into his training sessions, which I have thoroughly enjoyed. He is a motivating and supportive trainer who is there for you 24/7. I would highly recommend Max to anyone. Changing your lifestyle to become fitter and healthier is a challenge, one which Max is the perfect coach and mentor for.

I started training boxing under Max recently.
After attending his classes I found I was progressing very well, my fitness has improved greatly, and I recently started doing 1to1 boxing sessions with him.
Just over a short period of time I feel like I have learned a hell of a lot.
Max has very good knowledge, and has a brilliant attitude to coaching, he makes training fun, but also really puts me through my paces, he's easy to talk to, and anytime of the day I can message him and ask advice, and he's always happy to help.

I have been boxing with max consistently for about 6 months, he is a brilliant coach and very supportive, I was out of shape and very unfit, until I began training with max. With his expertise in nutrition, boxing and strength/conditioning, I went into the training program knowing that I was in good hands.

I have been training with max for a year and a half now and I wouldn't go anywhere else he is motivational and always pushes me to my limits! I have also become more lean and lost weight training with him. I also wouldn't go to the gym on my own but now I know exactly what I am doing and attend the gym frequently on my own and he is always there if I need help and guidance.
