I highly recommend Luke as a personal trainer. I've worked with him on and off for nearly a year. In that time he's made various diet/workout plans for me. They've challenged me, helped me to lose weight and build muscle. As someone who started out quite intimated by the gym and using free weights, I now enjoy working out. He's very professional with a good sense of humour, even if he isn't as funny as me. 🤣 Luke has been very supportive and accommodating around my long working hours, for which I am very grateful. He's helped me to stay focused on my goals. 😎💪

I came to Luke in the summer of 2021 for help as i was overweight and unfit despite attempting the Joe Wicks program. He listened to what i had to say, asked pertinent questions allowing him to get the details he needed to set me up a program.
He taught me how to adjust my eating to enable me to enjoy a calorie deficit diet including giving me access to some of his wonderful recipes. I rediscovered my love of cooking!!!
He pushed me hard in the gym with strength training (no burpee’s!!) and gave me the confidence to go on my own, which is something i’d really struggled with.
This, combined with the new way of eating, resulted in me losing 2 stone, being fitter than i think i’ve ever been and having so much more confidence.
Luke is the nicest guy, a great trainer, with a fabulous sense of humour, and to my mind is extremely good value for money. I couldn’t recommend him enough. If I hadn’t moved, i’d still be with him!!!

Highly recommend Luke as a personal trainer and the online training he offers. As I have a goal outside of the traditional weight loss route it was hard to find a trainer who had any interest in Powerlifting. (especially women who lift!) Luke, was keen from the get go. Very quick to respond.
The nutritional guidance has been superb. He has taught me to eat the exact amount of calories and protein, I need to build lean muscle. Which I wouldn't have known otherwise. The workouts have targeted weak muscle groups and prioritised these to build overall strength in the three big lifts. (Squat, bench, deadlift) I was worried at first that having a monthly PT session wouldn't be enough but my confidence has grown through the support and guidance by using the LRF app. Would recommend Luke Richardson Fitness to anyone who is looking for either online training or as a PT.

Luke has been my PT for the last 4 yrs . Best thing I ever did . My LRF fat bash experience...
A 6 week course that got me the results I wanted! It's completely achievable through the interactive learning process Luke provides. With several personal meal plans and multiple workouts, I found it straight forward. The nutrition side to it all was what I found most interesting. I wasn't starving myself, just simply hitting nutrition goals.
A course that's great value for money and taught me habits that'll stick forever, cheers Luke!

I was struggling to lose weight I had gained during two lockdowns. Even though I have always been fit and active I felt I had lost my way completely with my weight.
I had previously tried another trainer before Luke for the first time, but felt I wasn’t getting the results I wanted and the programme was too restricting. I continued my search to find someone who understood what I wanted to achieve and by chance I came across Luke in January 2021 on Instagram, to which I followed his posts/videos and felt very inspired at the results his clients where achieving and his positivity and client feedback. A little hesitant at first I decided to take the plunge and contact Luke. He was very quick to reply and guided me through each step and set me up with all the tools I needed to start my journey. I have been quite frankly astounded by his work ethics and professionalism. I am so happy with my results and still continue to keep my weight off and for that I thank Luke for helping me. I cannot recommend Luke enough if you need help and support with your journey to health, fitness and ultimately happiness.
