Matt is a great motivator and explains everything he you wants to do clearly. My session not only pushed me, but was also fun and enjoyable.
Matt has given me exercises I can do at home to strengthen my running and cycling ability and having someone show me and explain what I need to do, was a great help and also means I won’t injure myself doing it wrong.

I needed some complimentary strength exercises in addition to advice on my Kettle Bell swing technique to acheive my road cycling goals and Matt was most helpful (he's a cyclist as well). I came away from the session with lots of options suggested by Matt to strengthen my core and posterior chain muscles, and my kb swing and dead lift techniques were safe and good.

Matt is one of the best personal trainers that I had opportunity to train with. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. He gets to know your goals and plans the workouts. I really enjoyed the variety of workouts that he mixed up including boxing. Just a fair warning, don't forget to wear gloves if you don't want blisters 😂

Matty came through to me as a recommendation from a friend I’ve had PTs in the past and came away feeling no real sense of achievement . Matty was the complete opposite professional friendly made sure I had no medical history or existing injury’s we got warmed up put me through my paces in a very controlled manner , I get easily bored matty was very good at keeping each work out short and sharp maximum effort functional training . Would highly recommend maximum endorphins to any one wether your starting your journey or an athlete on your journey matty has an amazing wealth of knowledge along side with a gruelling work out routine to suit the individual person .
