I have been training with Oli for over a year now and he is an extremely knowledgeable, professional and motivational coach. He always works hard to get the best out of you and is able to adapt exercises and classes to suit all levels. The sessions are always fun and challenging. I would highly recommend him and The Training Company to anyone who wants to improve their fitness or to train for a specific goal. 10/10

When I first started with the training company, Oli was so welcoming and having not been to the gym for 6 years was no bother. The small group PT sessions are great and it’s really inspiring to have others to do it with. Recently, Dan has been a great addition to the coaching staff and has been inspirational to motivating to push myself further! I’ve also managed to get to the boxing classes with Pags (absolutely exhausting) and the Pilates classes with Kizzy. These are a great addition to an already fantastic training programme. I’m 7 weeks in and have managed to strengthen muscles I have not used for a long time. The support from the team and other members is great, no gym feel to it, just great sessions and a lot of banter along the way. Here’s to 2022 💪

Great training sessions with a very knowledgeable trainer in Oli Curry. Definitely feeling the benefits, lost a good amount of lockdown weight gain and generally feel better both physically and mentally. Good nutritional advice given and expert advice on exercise techniques dependent on age/ability. Above all sessions are fun !

With a background in sport and fitness as a coach, teacher and business owner in the industry I really needed something and someone I could ultimately respect and believe in to get my own fitness back on track. I had many years out with illness, gained a massive amount of weight and lost even more self confidence. I am only six month into my programme of training with The Training Company and I am loving life again. These guys are super friendly and inclusive, deliver fun and accessible sessions for everyone and really, really know what they are doing. All delivered in a very professional manner, relaxed and respectful. Excellent being able to use the app to book and organise my week or jump into a session last minute if needed. Incredibly good value for what you get as they support on every aspect of your fitness, health and wellbeing with weekly goals including diet and mindfulness. What you can achieve has no ceiling with these guys and I am grateful to have had found them and be part of something so positive and effective. Could not recommend them more than I already do.

I absolutely love being part of The Training Company, Running Club. Oli and his team are fantastic!! I turned up back in January, when it was cold and wet, not knowing anyone. Oli was so welcoming, he worked his magic and I’ve gone from running nothing at all to now doing 5K. I honestly can’t recommend him enough. If you were on the fence and thinking about joining in, all I can say is definitely come along, you won’t regret it. Added bonus is you’ll meet some lovely people too, like I have.

Oli and The Training Company are so welcoming and understanding of everyone's different levels of ability. I started with the Couch to 5k group in January having not really run for a year, the groups ensure no one is left behind. I have now joined the 5-10k group and have refound my love of running. Being in a welcoming group makes a huge difference and I now know how to shoo the chickens.

I had a traumatic delivery with my baby boy and recovery has been very slow but oli made me feel comfortable and made special adjustments for me all along whilst giving me the confidence to do workouts I didn’t think I could do. I highly recommend Oli curry and the team at The Training company. I wasn't a runner and felt so isolated and unfit after a long time of not socialising and being stock at home mostly due to pandamic and all that came with it but with his and his team's help I found the courage to take up running and exercising. I was so surprise with how my body adjusted and what my body could do. I only joined this year but managed to finish over 56 miles of run only during February to raise money for a good cause. I never thought I would be able to do that. I had days that I felt low and not motivated but the lovely personality of the couch and the team keep bringing me back. Oli has a lovely personality. He is very kind, generous and funny with a big smile and heart and good knowledge. Highly recomemded.

I have been training with Oli at The Training Company off and on for nearly 2 years now. I have never been someone who enjoys the gym experience or working. I found walking into the gym very daunting and intimidating and never knew what to do. Oli has changed my perception of exercise, pushes me so I can achieve my goals but respects my limitations. I was quite apprehensive about joining a boot camp club due to previous experience with exercise classes and gyms I have been to however I have loved The Training Company, it's changed my outlook on fitness and all the trainers are great guys to be taught and encourages by. I’ve been training with The Taining company for around two years now. In that time Oli has worked hard to adapt to difficult training conditions with Covid, he has continually worked to improve the service that he offers and has brought in additional coaches as he has expanded. I have never used a personal trainer before but I have tried a number of fitness providers and The Training company stand head and shoulders (literally on Oli’s case) above the rest. They are always pushing to be able to provide more for us as clients-weights based fitness, small group PT, Pilates, boxing, group couch to 5k, nutrition advice and target focussed training blocks. I have used gyms for years without much success or motivation, but I genuinely enjoy working out now and miss it when I am unable to, there are lots of things I need to work on (nutrition mainly) but the hardest part is getting through the door and I don’t find that hard with The training company.

If you are looking to get fit, get healthy, get friends, get your head back together (!)…I couldn’t recommend The Training Company more, for an all round amazing experience, to take you to places you might not have thought possible. Oli and the team will help you to better yourself - with the help of this mega relaxed team, you will soon find yourself achieving so much, (no matter your experience, age or ability). ie. 4 months ago I was a 45 year old couch potato (female), now I run regularly 15k (for pleasure) each week and train regularly in the brilliant PT sessions. No one is more amazed than myself of my progress - you can’t ask for more than that! Thanks team!

Absolutely brilliant! Highly recommend! I completed my first 6 week course, by end first week felt great, with more energy and even stopped eating sugary snacks. By end course had lost weight and looked and felt loads better. The sessions are customised to your ability, Motivational and Fun with a friendly and positive vibe.
