After 18 months away from the gym during lockdown I started online classes with Kirk feeling massively unfit. Kirk was so friendly and helpful and always made me feel excited to log on to classes. I have been doing 3 classes a week for around ten weeks now and my fitness levels have improved enormously. I even do burpees now without complaining! The online classes are so convenient especially with working from home. Kirks classes always keep you so engaged as he always changes up what you are doing with different workouts using weights, focusing on legs, core, upper body and cardio. He is such a great instructor, really supportive, always there to answer questions or give extra help outside of sessions and also makes you laugh throughout class. I could not recommend Kirk more, whether you're looking for a new workout or starting your fitness journey again.

The Burn More 24 classes are by far the best workout classes I have ever been to. Kirk always changes up the workouts so they never feel repetitive and you really feel you have had a proper work out when you leave class. The classes are also great craic. Kirk is just as great in his pt sessions, giving you a tough workout and amazing advice on lifestyle and diet. I recently just finished my first burn more 6 week boot camp and was so pleased with my results in such a short time. A definite 5 out of 5!

Love these classes have been going now for 8 months and can’t get enough. Kirk is great and works with everyone individually even in a group setting making sure you are reaching the best of your ability, he gives great advice for you to meet your desired goal. I feel great after each class and my energy levels have risen and of course I see a big difference in my body shape. Everyone is so friendly and it’s a great atmosphere. I would recommend this to anyone at any level as each class is always different and you always feel you have worked out your whole body. Kirk takes on all suggestions and asks for them to improve if that is even possible. I have nothing but positive feedback for the classes and Kirk couldn’t recommend enough you def won’t be disappointed. I have just finished his 6 week bootcamp and couldn’t be happier with my results, I thoroughly enjoyed it and the people were great always supporting each other. Roll on many more 💪🏻

When I first started Burn More 24 classes I had never taken part in a HIIT class or an exercise class before. It wasn't before long I was doing at least 2 of the classes a week and have just completed a 6 week bootcamp. The classes are more than just a HIIT class. Everyone gets on so well and gets to know one another .The craic is amazing, you get to know Kirk on a one to one basis - it is almost like receiving a PT session but in a group environment.
Because the classes are only 24 minutes long it is perfect for a busy schedule. My body has completely changed shape and my fitness levels have soared. I have fallen in love with exercise once again and now train 5 days a week, week in week out. My knowledge of fitness, exercise, nutrition and basically living a healthy lifestyle has improved tenfold. As well as taking the classes, Kirk sets time aside for clients after the classes to go through any questions they may have or to go through their diet to see where they are going right or going wrong.
I could go on forever - but I would highly recommend Burn More 24 and Kirk Long, for both newcomers to the gym and fitness world to people who are experienced in the gym. You won't regret it!

Absolutely amazing class!!! Don’t let the thought of it being a class put you off, you will quickly learn that these people become your biggest support system! Kirk is amazing as well, you will feel like it’s a 1-2-1 PT session. He will learn your weaknesses, injuries and strengths and will help you achieve your goals. It’s amazes me that even though he has 200+ faces a week, he will be able to tell you everything about each person that takes his class! I can’t speak highly enough!!

Started burnmore24 classes about 6 weeks ago and loving them. Usually I get fed up with classes and an hour seems so long so the fact these classes are 24 mins are great, a very full on 24mins but really good. Everyone at class are so friendly and Kirk is really helpful if you need corrected on anything or if you have any injuries. He is always at hand if you need him. Would def recommend Kirk and his classes 😁

Can't speak highly enough about these classes and Kirk himself. The classes are so well prepared and give you that all over body workout in only 24mins! No 2 classes are the same - which is great as you can never guess what's coming (though you can be sure of burpees)! Kirk pushes you to make your goals even though you are in a busy class he makes the time to push you and make sure you are getting the most from the 24mins. Once you start you will be hooked! Defo worth giving his classes and PT ago!

Couldn't recommend more! I have really started to enjoy exercise again since starting Kirk's classes and bootcamp and feel I've got my eating back on track with his guidance! I've started to PT with Kirk and am looking forward to the results! 24 minutes of pure hard work and sweat, but a lot of fun and plenty of cracking phrases!!

I have tried every diet + every type of class going, been to several PTs aswell as doing my own work outs in the gym. I never last more than a few months (sometimes weeks) before getting bored and moving on to the next thing. Ive been doing these classes for over a year with no sign of boredom + that speaks for itself. These are the best classes going + Kirk is a gentleman. Always willing to help with any questions, diet advice + pushing everyone to their best. My back is bad at times + he is well aware of this so will give me other options to cater for this without me even having to ask. I highly recommend these classes to anyone. Not just for the class + improving fitness levels but for the laughs you get with a great bunch of people.
