Evolve has excellent facilities for a work out. Noel provides continuous support and advice with both your nutrition and your work out. There is a real team spirit within the Evolve community, which makes every work out enjoyable.

Top class programme for a fraction of the price. Excellent facilities providing everything from towels and cleaning products for the shower to steam rooms and saunas. The programme itself is excellent with a maximum of three per group, meaning you get all the attention you need to ensure technique is correct, but you also get others around you to give that competitive feel - subconsciously pushing you on to work out at higher levels. Noel also provides a vast range of information including options when eating out, new workouts and how to use different apps such as my fitness pal for tracking calories. Cannot recommend this programme enough for not only improving fitness and wellbeing, but for making new friends and joining a great community!

Evolve is an amazing programme/community/academy to be part of. Noel and Amy are down to earth, personable, encouraging while also being very knowledgeable and motivating. The Evolve academy is so much more than just a “personal trainer” with the usual meal plan and workouts. When you sign up to Evolve, you’re brought into an encouraging group of likeminded people and get 1-1 coaching with Noel and Amy, not just a quick fix diet - there is focus on movement, sleep, mindset and lifestyle which are all so important when trying to achieve your goals. They use the most up to date technology, an abundance of resources, plenty of communication, education, advice, encouragement, motivation and friendship along the way. I’ve always been worried or self conscious about programmes like this in the past, but one chat with Noel put me completely at ease and its one conversation that has changed my life. Honestly, it’s a super team to be part of :)

Noel & Amy not only provide a top class coaching platform for their clients, they have also created this amazing community for you to be part of. Making friends along the way during your own fitness journey, being able to ask others for advice or gain tips from members within the Evolve group. Whether you are a beginner or an advance gym goer, the classes and exercises are all scaled to suit you. I took part in the Evolve at Home program, where I trained right from my kitchen during the COVID-19 lockdown, loosing nearly a stone. This was made possible with the ample online support and resources made available to me. And if I couldn’t make the live classes, I was able to get them on record. I didn’t have to plan my life around the gym. I planned the gym around my life, stress-free snd whenever I had the chance! Highly recommend!

Great place and great trainer. Joined up with Noel six months ago, and really enjoy the small group sessions. So convenient that I can pop out during the day from work, and flexible enough to slot into my sometimes hectic week. The additional support from Noel in terms of lifestyle, fitness regimes when away from home and diet is great - and the community spirit he’s fostered is a huge part of why this all works for me.
