Jonny sees every client as an individual and takes the time to ascertain goals and areas that require to be strengthened etc which is great as I’ve never had this from a PT before - it’s nice to see someone so client centred and not adopt a ‘one size fits all approach’. Genuinely lovely guy who can have a laugh during sessions alongside teaching and encouraging :) I also like that he is very technical and focused on good form as again for me I want to ensure I am using muscles correctly and want to be free from injury given past bad experiences - I would recommend him to everyone ♥️

Jonny adopts a structured, well planned approach to training programs allowing enough variability between sessions to keep them interesting. His motivational mindset during training provides a drive to achieve maximum effort and in turn a sense of achievement. He also is really good banter and loves a good laugh, even though his cheek bones suffer from laughing so much.

Jonny has been training be for about 6 months and really knows his stuff. He also listens to what you want and adjusts his training accordingly. He also is present and constantly coaching throughout the session. Highly recommend him for people new to fitness!
