Having trained with Laura for four months now, I can hand on heart say that I highly recommend her as a coach.
Laura is a patient, enthusiastic and experienced fitness professional who has extensive knowledge in her field.
Before coming to Laura, whilst I had a slight knowledge of the gym and nutrition, I really did not understand it in the same way I do now . Rather than just being told to do exercises for the sake of it and eating a certain number of calories as other PTs have advised me to do in the past, Laura has passed on her wealth of knowledge to me & still continues to do so every day. It also helps to have a coach who actually is a registered nutritionist and properly understands the nutrition element of things.
My confidence has rocketed and I feel so comfortable in my own skin which is something I have never had as an adult. I currently have a body that I did not feel that was achievable in the long term, and Laura is continuing to help me build the body of my dreams.
Laura provides a genuine and enthusiastic interest in all aspects of my training and personal development. I also feel that I have also gained a true friend.

Laura is one of the best personal trainers anyone can have . I started with her in mid May for weight loss. She boosted my confidence. She is very flexible with timing so anytime I couldnt make it. She would happily fit me in for another slot, so i could have my session. Can't reccomend anyone else!
