Have been a member of this gym for over three years and it is without doubt the best female gym in Belfast. The coaches are extremely supportive and knowledgeable and everyone is made to feel welcome and part of a big family. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone wanting to start their fitness journey.

Firstly completed the 6 week course in March time and continued as a member. This has been the best gym I’ve been to, all the coaches are very professional and know there stuff, they are very helpful in helping to perfect technique and ensuring we are getting the best out of each session. Very friendly atmosphere, classes are great and quality of training and the gym itself is outstanding.

I’ve been training with Raise The Bar for a good while now and I can’t speak more highly of their level of professionalism and knowledge across the whole coaching team. The environment of the sessions is amazing and the level of support from other members is unlike anywhere I’ve previously trained. Even though you’re in a small group, it feels like a one-on-one session as every coach takes the time to get to know you and cater to your individual goals. Couldn’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to kickstart their journey.

I have been a member of Raise The Bar Fitness for 5 months. At age 47 and never been to any type of gym I wasn't sure if this was for me. My initial goal was to lose weight ie drop a dress size or 2 lol. However with Raise The Bar Fitness I'm getting more...I have lost weight. I have dropped a dress size but I've also gained fitness, tone, mobility, flexibility and balance all crucial for someone my age and the menopause! (Raise The Bar is suitable for all ages).
There are 1-1 reviews, body scans and nutritional advice so I always feel valued and not just a number.
The personal trainers are professional and friendly and I never feel awkward being there or asking questions.
I would recommend Raise The Bar Fitness to anyone looking to achieve long term goals in a way that's effective to your lifestyle.

Hi I have been going to RTB ladies gym for nearly 9 months after I decided to stay on after 6 week challenge.. I can't rate the gym highly enough from the coaches to the classes . They really help to guide you and help you on your fitness journey and I have met some lovely ladies of all ages enjoying the classes but also having a laugh! It really is my gym family and I would encourage anyone looking to join a gym to check out RTB FITNESS..💪

Can’t recommend this all ladies gym enough! I’ve been at RTB for a few months and it’s the best thing I ever did by joining. The place is brilliant with loads of friendly and very helpful coaches that work alongside you especially if you need that extra support. I’ve met some great people and just love going to the place if not for my fitness but for my mental health also😍

I never thought I would enjoy going to a gym but RTB is very different than other gyms I have tried in the past. The Small Group Personal Training means you never feel self-conscious, the energy is very positive and it's the mantra is that we are all working at our own level and the exercises are tailored to everyone's level. The coaches are unbelievably supportive and patient, and always encouraging.

I had my Induction with RTB fitness on Saturday and the boys where fabulous 😀 very welcoming and explained everything really well. I had my first PT session this morning with Anto and it was brilliant. I felt very comfortable and he let me take things at my own pace and he was constantly checking that our form was correct. The facilities are excellent and your not standing about waiting to get using the equipment which i have found in other gyms. I am really happy to be part of this team and i definitely feel i can get back to the fit woman i used to be under the guidance of the amazing PTs here. looking forward to many more training sessions. 💪

Raise the bar has made a big difference in my life .its a gym I really look forward to going to three morning a week to help me in my day. The coaches are always very welcoming and they answer any questions or worries I have with fitness or food concerns.The other girls are always willing to help and encourage me.The feed back i get back each month from the body scan keeps me on the right track to what I have achieved and what I need to do for the next month.I would very highly recommend raise the bar as part of your journey to fitness and happiness within yourself no matter your age or fitness xx

RTB Fitness is the best gym I have ever been to and I have tried a lot! Very supportive coaches who set realistic goals and push you to your full potential. The programs are fun and change every week so it never feels repetitive and the crack is always amazing. Since starting RTB my mental health has improved drastically and I am feeling more confident.
