More than just a gym, Strength Militia are a family! Athletes of all abilities are welcome and will receive support from a team of world-class powerlifting coaches. So be it programming, technique and mobility work, diet and nutrition, or indeed meet-day support, SM will have you covered. But if you choose SM, just be ready to set some new personal bests!!

Couldn't recommend Strength Militia highly enough. A warm and welcoming gym with a team of knowledgeable, dedicated coaches, it is the perfect place for beginners to advanced lifters. Powerlifting is a very technical and specific sport. Strength Militia provides this support and education with a range of seminars and content to allow lifters to fulfill their full potential. I have learnt so much over the past 3 years and have made so many friends along the way. My only regret is I didn't start sooner!!!

Sean has trained me since 2016. He absolutely changed my life, he helped me gain confidence and discipline in strength training, I went from knowing nothing to competing at a national level in 2020. Lauren has been a great mentor and support system aswell. They have created an exceptional environment full of people who pride themselves on being apart of Strength Militia Systems. First class place to train and everyone makes you feel welcome. Don’t think there’s another gym Northern Ireland that has as vast array of power lifters from world medalists to rookies and everyone gets the full attention of the coaches .
