Anna is an excellent trainer, adapting her style to suit my needs, and also making the sessions great fun, so the hour just flies by. We did mobility work as well as strength training, and some more dynamics movements towards training me to do pull ups. I would highly recommend Anna to anyone looking to improve their strength, fitness and overall mobility, especially if you are bored of the usual gym trainers!

If you are looking for a Personal Trainer, look no further than Anna, she is brilliant!
Anna herself is a walking talking advert for keeping fit, she is an absolute pocket rocket. Yet, at the, same time she has an amazing ability to make everyone feel (no matter what their fitness level) that they can achieve results, get fitter and feel more positive about themselves.
Her lessons are individually tailored to the client, and it is obvious that Anna spends a great deal of time working on these programmes. She will always listen carefully and takes into consideration, any health concerns, and injuries you may have, so you never feel you are being pushed too hard.
I can promise you, you will work hard, you will laugh a lot(!) and you will most definitely come away each time feeling you have achieved a whole lot more. Don’t hesitate to book, I cannot recommend Anna highly enough.

Anna's zoom classes have kept me sane through this pandemic! I can't thank her enough I never thought I would be able to do a full handstand un-assisted let alone do the splits, if you are looking for a warm, safe and patient tutor then look no further! trust me you will not regret it
