I’ve been training with Foad for 3 months now and have noticed a massive change in my body. He has helped me achieve my goal of fat reduction whilst also helping to increase my strength and stamina. Finding the motivation to go the gym was always difficult for me but Fo makes his sessions enjoyable and I always leave feeling like I have accomplished something. He’s also very knowledgeable about things concerning diet and training and always points me in the right direction. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants help to achieve their fitness goals!

Foad is such a good personal trainer. He consistently checks in with you and keeps you motivated. He takes time to explain things to you and is great at recommending alternatives if you have any intolerances. Nothing is ever too much for him and he is always there for you. He is such an approachable and friendly PT, I always look forward to training with him and always leave the session feeling good. I feel so much stronger and healthier since training with him. I would definitely recommend him.

In the short time I’ve been with Fo so far he has demonstrated upmost professionalism and enthusiasm towards working towards a healthier me. Not just with weight loss (which is my current goal) but with help on my body’s general health and making sure I’m taking in the correct nutrients in my diet.
Unlike some trainers I’ve had in the past, he cares about my form during exercise, and is patient with my limitations whilst maintaining a gentle push to make me work harder and reach goals.

Last week I finished a three months transformation with Foad as personal trainer. There is so many things to say about it as this is not just about building muscle and look better. Before I start with Foad I was training more and more every day for months and eating less and less as I didn’t get the results I wanted, and I still didn’t get any result except being tired and demotivated. First thing, he made me realize during the consultation (even before starting training) that it would be impossible to reach my goals with the diet/training plans that I made myself. So he made personalized diet and training plans according to my goals and I felt much better from day one, as I wasn’t starving myself anymore and the training was really effective! Actually, my body was sore from day one even without lifting heavy and I could feel muscles that I never trained before! Moreover, I used to have lower-back pain even when I had to do simple everyday-life movements, and I have one knee injured so it was very challenging at first. Foad took time to first build my muscles with safe exercises which made me more confident and clearly proved his professionalism. Now I can lift heavy on exercises where I couldn’t even do bodyweight before.
My mindset completely changed as well. I was feeling stuck at a stage with no improvements and you have taken me to the next level! You pushed me further than I thought I could go, and in three months I’ve achieved more than I thought was possible in years. You prove me wrong everytime I thought I reached my limits, and now I look forward to reaching our next level together.
Thanks for your support, energy, dedication and cheerfulness over these months, even in very early mornings or bad days when I wasn’t in the mood.
I’ve never been more proud to look at the “before” picture than I am now and I cannot recommend Foad enough if you want to achieve your goals!

Foad is a fantastic Personal Trainer, full stop. He has a quality that not many other personal trainers have and that is the ability to make you feel comfortable and to truly motivate you. While a lot of others will often stand by and talk at you, Foad actively works with you to create a personal connection that makes you want to try harder. Its an often overlooked quality to a great personal trainer, someone that's not just there for your cash but is genuinely invested in the betterment of you. You will often see reviews of PT's with "I gained this much" or "I lost so much weight" but I feel like working towards a goal of a better body is a journey and it's critical to pick the right person to guide you physically and mentally. I cannot recommend Foad enough.
