Not being a social person I was looking for a PT who would be able to work with my health issues as well as my age and lack of motivation. Ed was happy to take me on and work with me. Initially I booked the 6 week course, during which my fitness levels dramatically improved and I lost weight. Ed is a cool guy, friendly and motivating. He tailors the sessions to your needs and changes it up to keep it interesting. Ed will also help you look at your diet and water intake. Overall its been a great experience and I will be continuing with Ed for the foreseeable future.

Ed’s personal fitness sessions are really motivating and fun, lots of variety - I have been training for three months, my stamina has massively improved and I can manage 10 press ups - never been able to do these before! Ed is an amazing PT and since doing his workouts, I've seen a massive improvement in my strength and fitness levels. His workouts are always varied so it's always a nice challenge.

It's been 2 months since I started training with Ed and I am planning to continue to do so. After the initial 6 week period I could already notice my fitness levels improve. Ed is a great choice of PT for me as I am too lazy to make regular trips to the gym and having a mobile trainer solves this issue. I recommend Ed as a trainer in general since he is clearly passionate about his job, takes it seriously by being diligent with session planning and brings a lot of positive energy to every session.

Ed's sessions were always interesting, his ability to motivate me allowed me to 'go that extra mile' and his focus on small details improved my technique and my results.

I was looking for a personal trainer when the lockdown was lifted as I wanted to do some exercise but I wasn't quite ready to go to the gym yet. From my experience, I can say that he is fantastic!
I was working with him for 6 weeks and during that time he made the workout a very pleasant experience. He put together a program according to my needs.
As a fitness trainer he is very passionate & enthusiastic, knowledgeable & focused and his workouts are very effective. I feel fantastic & energetic and most importantly, I have lost weight which was one of my initial goals.
