As a beginner triathlete Jamie's sessions were excellent in terms of improving my fitness and giving me the confidence to compete. Each sessions was well structured and interesting, which speaks to Jamie's experience and genuine passion in working with you to achieve your goals.

Jamie is one of the best PT's i have had. I joined the gym having no previous experience and no clue what to do or equipment to use in order to achieve the body goals I desired (slim down and tone). I decided to have a few PT sessions in order to gain understanding of the basics and build my confidence in the gym environment.
From the first session Jamie was professional and down to earth. A really nice approachable guy with mountains of knowledge not only about training but dieting also. Throughout the sessions he would explore different varieties of training making it easier for me to train in a way that suited my body. He would talk me through the benefits of each part making sure I could feel the muscle working sometimes changing it slightly if i couldnt. It didn't take me long to achieve my goals working with Jamie.
He is definitely a PT I would recommend!

Jamie was a great choice to have as a personal trainer. He takes consideration of your personal goals in helping build the right mind set to exercise and healthy living. Even when sights felt unrealistic, Jamie helped in building up routines in bite size chunks, correcting poor technique, providing tips and advice that have since, made my exercise routine feel more effortless than they ever were! I would definitely recommend Jamie again and again for any new starters, or people afraid of approaching the gym or exercise. His approach friendly, professional and light hearted, which definitely made the sessions worthwhile and fun to partake! Thank you Jamie :-)

Jamie is an extremely experienced PT. He uses a thoughtful and technical approach designed for my specific needs which are based around fat loss and muscle development. Jay has worked with me and my partner over the past 6 months with a focus on getting us where we wanted to be for our wedding. Great guy, Great motivational trainer, I took up a few sessions in 2016 for knee physio and general strength&cardio. there's exercise variations and drills that I'm doing to this day which says a lot.
