I started training regularly with Hayley a few months ago and can see noticeable improvements to my strength levels, which is what I wanted to work on. She mixes up every session with different exercises so that it does not get repetitive or boring. The gym facilities are clean, modern and kept up to standard and she has several punching bags and boxing equipments. Hayley motivates you to keep on pushing yourself whilst keeping a calm demeanour, after I leave her sessions I am always in a better mood!

I have Hayley twice a week and I’ve really noticed an improvement in my strength and stamina since joining after having a baby. I look forward to my sessions with her and having some ‘me’ time. I’d highly recommended to anyone who wants to get fit, loose weight or improve their mental health (the boxing really helps with this!)

I cannot recommend Hayley enough! After having my son in August, my pre-baby body seemed a distant memory! Since starting training with Hayley twice a week, I have seen a dramatic difference in my body and I’m loving it! However, it’s not just about the appearance, it has also been great for my mental well-being, always great to have a natter whilst training!

I started training with Hayley just half hour sessions in June 2021 doing boxing only which I loved, after about 4 months I started doing full time PT session with her. I do 2 sessions a week with Hayley and then 2 – 3 times a week. I have definitely noticed a difference since starting in June and will continue my journey with Knightlow Fitness to get where I need to be (which is not far off now)
Hayley motivates you and keeps you going through the session, she listens to what areas you want to work on and also advises on nutritarian. Hayley is an excellent PT and I definitely recommend Knightlow Fitness.

Highly recommended… after having both my children Hayley really helped work with me to get into exercise and continually work on the core areas to build up my strength and make exercising enjoyable. I discovered Knightlow Fitness nearly 3 years ago, when I was pregnant with my first baby. Hayley is specialised in female training, so she knew exactly what exercises I was allowed to do. She helped to get my body back and she has also helped with my second pregnancy! She is just simply the best!

I’ve started training with Fatima at knightlow studio and I’m really enjoying. Fatima knows how to push and encourage you to finish the workout no matter how your feeling, and the feeling you get when your finished is worth it. I have been training at Knightlow Fitness Studio since November x3 P/W with PT Fatima!! She is amazing. So dedicated to helping me achieve PB targets and making me progress (even on the days I don’t wantto). Fatima motivates me to keep pushing and her bespoke plans that she sets for me challenge me at every session. She really takes the time to get to know you so that she understands your daily life and ties that in with your workouts! Almost 4.5 months in and my life has changed not just physically but mentally too! Fatima has taught me to listen to me body and connect it to your mind whilst training! As a busy teacher, the urge to just go home after work and lie down is a constant battle! Going home via Knightlow Fitness Studio not only carries the health benefits of fitness but also allows time to myself, to let off steam. Training with Hayley keeps me motivated, helps me sleep better and I am more active on the days I don’t train. Hayley is a fantastic PT, with great knowledge, creativity and patience; she’s made me realise how much I really can do with my fitness - and fit it into my busy life! I recommend Hayley as a PT to anyone!

First of all it's Clean. - Very clean.
Hayleigh is brilliant at what she does. She is calm and collective when training you and guides you through the routines / circuits etc with ease. She challenges you without frustrating you and thats something I've never been able to find in PT before. She figures out what you personally need to work on to feel your best and get fitter each week, while making it different each week. I've been training with Hayleigh for 4 weeks now and its saved my sanity - re lockdown. But I'm also seeing just 1 session with Hayleigh a week is more effective than 3 classes in the gym. I spend the rest of week power walking/running - yoga at home etc but the one HIT circuit session with Hayleigh balances everything out. Aching just nicely! Thanks Hayleigh. Even when Gyms open back up I'm sticking with this routine.

I started training with Fatima about 5 months ago and can say she's an excellent PT! I have thoroughly enjoyed every session and you can tell all the hard work and dedication that is put in behind the scenes to create your personalised plans for the sessions. They were adapted to my goals, were varied every week so never felt the same and used a range of different equipment.
Fatima pushes you mentally and physically in a very encouraging way which makes you leave on a high. Fatima's sessions are more than just exercises and I always feel a confidence boost when leaving. She is very knowledgable and I have learnt a lot from her.
The studio space is the perfect size for PT sessions and makes you feel comfortable straight away especially with it being just you and your PT. They have a range of different equipment which is great for the sessions. I would definitely recommend Fatima and Knightlow Fitness Studio!
