I attended personal training sessions, daily, for a week with Miles.
Miles is an excellent personal trainer who is clearly knowledgeable and passionate in his field. He pushes you hard and gets you there (and beyond) with support and encouragement. Where required, exercises were adapted to suit my level to enable me to do them to my best ability at 100%.
I now have the confidence, knowledge and discipline to continue on my journey to a far better level of fitness and lifestyle.
Miles has a lovely and positive personality. His sessions are well delivered. He is a delight to work with.
G. K.Miles has been by far one of the best rehab teachers I have had. He personally takes a keen interest in every aspect of my rehabilitation program. Extremely supportive and patient taking the time to explain the whole process of your individual program and the what’s and whys it needs to be that way. He also looks at the wider picture such as your personal life and routines and will figure out a program that will slot into your normal daily routine with minimal disruption.
S. S.I had personal training and stretching exercises with Dolph for a week and he was a fantastic trainer. He made workouts fun and varied, whilst pushing you and also being very patient. The stretching and physio elements were also invaluable, I now know how important my hip flexors are and why I need to stretch them! I would absolutely recommend Dolph if you are looking for personal training or help with an injury, he has an extensive knowledge and explains the reasoning behind the stretches and exercises rather than just telling you what to do, added to which he has a great sense of humour and is a very positive encouraging person to be around.

He applies this with professionalism and understanding to find ways that will suit the person best. I have been given helpful rehab/prehab exercises and advice post injury which have since helped me return to full mobility and strength for my Olympic weightlifting training program.

W. G.After suffering for almost 2 years with hip and back pain when competing in ultra marathons and 24 hour events, I had visited a number of professionals to help me and had only recieved temporary relief.
After meeting with Miles I had a number of one to one sessions and completed an individual programme created by him to help me combat and overcome my injury to be able to continue competing.
He was quickly able to diagnose my issue and explained it in a manner I would understand, to educate me on the cause of the injury so I can better prevent and treat it in the long term.
This approach and the thorough explanation and demonstrations has enabled me to build up my strength around the injury to not only alleviate the pain in the short term but to also prevent its return long term. After working with Miles I am now slowly making my return to competitive events and have the confidence that this will be permanent and I will continue to be able to push myself for years to come.
Can't recommend Miles highly enough. His enthusiasm, knowledge and honesty make for such a positive environment that gets results and makes them permanent!

His knowledge about the body and how it works is class A.
He pitches your session to suit you but also push you hard with encouragement and support. A real gem of a PT and not one to pass by.
