Mo is an excellent personal trainer. He knows what his clients strengths and weaknesses are and aims to build clients at their own pace. I have been having pt for over a year now and I can see a huge difference in my appearance and strength. Mo motivates and pushes me even when I feel like giving up! I will continue training with Mo and i highly recommend him!

I started my PT sessions with Mo for the first time ever and I was well impressed! I had never worked out ever prior to meeting Mo and he eased me into exercises and getting used to working out. I felt so much at ease with him. He’s extremely patient yet firm he will push you to do your best! The most amazing thing I found with him is that he has passion for what he does, it’s not simply a job for him but he is incredibly passionate about this and he transfers that knowledge, practical skill set on to his clients too. I would strongly recommend him to anyone be it a complete beginner or a pro, and you will not be disappointed!

He really takes time to listen to your needs, ask questions to help you better articulate your underlying issues, and creates an individualised training plan and dirt plan that is realistic and doable. He took the time to ask me what my goals are and all our sessions are designed to meet my targets.

I have been to gym try so many diet and couldn’t loose the weight. Since March 2020 I have been training with Mo, he’s been really good and push really hard for me to get to the next level with my training. It’s hard intense painful but it is all worth it because you push your own boundaries of what you are capable of doing within his guidance and supervision. When I used to workout I wasn’t motivated and felt the need of doing it for the sake of it but now due to his energetic and good vibe and advise I have been able to train myself at least 5-6 times in a week and twice with him it’s been an incredible experience to which I’m able to achieve my weight goal slowly but surely

I contacted Mobarra Fitness for some personalised training plans, as I've gotten quite stuck with my journey lately. They responded very quickly and were very professional. Once i received my fitness plan, it was laid out very clearly , with the name of the set, how many reps, and how many seconds each rep. Also, youtube video links were attached to each workout which is TOP TIER because most people just send you a plan expecting for you to know what the workout is and how to do it. Extremely happy with the plans i received, the price for each plan is very reasonable and the service is awesome. He answered all my questions and I cant wait to get started !!!
