I've been to Steve's one to one training sessions for the past seven weeks. I'm fast approaching 60 and wanted to be more flexible, stronger , and to increase my general fitness levels. I have several issues, including a small hernia and a dodgy back, so generic gym sessions were not appropriate. Steve is careful to tailor what we do to my capabilities, is highly motivational , and gently pushes you to do things you didn't think you could do
I now feel hardly any discomfort from the hernia , have a flatter stomach , and generally feel much better. If you're considering a Personal Trainer for yourself , I would highly recommend that you see Steve.

My journey started 18 months ago with another Pt, I worked hard and lost 3 stone however she went on maternity leave. I knew I needed to find another PT to ensure I stayed focused. I did a Google search and found Steve a few months ago and I haven't looked back since.
Steve pushes me to the limit whilst having fun. I enjoy being taken out of my comfort zone to try new ways of training . My fitness levels and strength 💪 have improved quickly over the last few months. Steve has taken me to the next level and its a great feeling. Thanks Steve!!

after years of trying to find the motivation and confidence of getting up and going for a run or doing some sort of exercise I can finally say that I am able to do that and it's all thanks to Steve. He has really empowered me to look after myself and focus on other aspects of living a healthy lifestyle such as eating, drinking and exercising. he makes goals and techniques personal to each individual and also makes each session fun and motivating but also pushes you enough to make you realise what you are really capable of, which is amazing because never would I have thought that I would go for a run and ENJOY it! he has really lifted my confidence and belief in myself and what I can do, seeing Steve is the best choice you can make if you need help in making changes in your life, permanently. not only does he help you make physical changes to your body but he also helps you build a strength, mentally.

Having been going to the gym on a regular basis for over 2 years...I only tend to run or power walk on the treadmill twice a week as well as the odd Body Pump class...I needed something more...something different and that's where Steve is just brilliant. The hour flies by (which HAS to mean I enjoy it even though it's hard work) and it is fab to be outside in the fresh air too, can't wait for my next session (this afternoon!). Highly recommend him....

Steve takes everything into account in each session - your health and fitness history as well as where you are on the day, and then encourages you to find strength and determination you didn’t know or had forgotten you had. And Bonus! the sessions are fun as well.

If you need someone to be honest and yet caring then Steve is the PT you need. He will provide that holistic approach to providing you a way to self motivate and allow you to think about your lifestyle and gaols you have and make the changes you have desired. I would recommend Steve if you need that extra push to change the things you have always wanted to and start to feel better about yourself and reach your targets.

After 3 years with a PT and not getting anywhere i decided it was time to move on and find a new one , this is when Steve was recommended to me. I was sceptical at first especially after it not working out with my previous PT , but it was the best decision i have ever made. In just 10 months i have lost nearly 4stone but not only that , i am fitter than ive ever been , i eat much better including breakfast which id skipped previously and also exercise regularly(thanks to steve i am slightly addicted lol) x

If you want a Personal Trainer who gets results and leaves you feeling amazing I cannot recommend Steve Travers enough. The mans a fitness guru! I'm on track to have a six pack before I know it :) I don't mean in the fridge either 😉. You won't regret training with him. X

I absolutely love my training sessions with Steve. He pushes you on, but never too far. At the end of each session, you feel shattered but elated! Recommended to anyone who needs that bit of motivation.
