I first used Tony when I developed a problem with my IT Band. Tony very wisely told me to seek medical help first and then he would put together a sensible plan to assist with my condition. Thanks to Tony this has completely gone due to the exercises he suggested over a period of time and this is confirmed by my medical practitioner. I am obviously very pleased with the outcome and I continue with Tony on a regular basis and would recommend anyone to give Tony a try if you want sensible results. This is why I have given Tony five stars.

Tony is a very professional personal trainer. My classes were conducted online which, with having an extremely busy family life, was a life saver. You work hard in those classes and daily workouts posted online ensure you reach your Goals.
He said half a stone in 6 weeks and I am 1 lb off that goal with a week to go. I'm so pleased with the results and am very happy that I chose Tony to help me to achieve my goals.

I had a great set of sessions with Tony. He does a really good job of providing enough materials and motivation to keep you going through the programme. The exercises at the weekly session are nice and varied to keep things interesting as well as being challenging enough to ensure you come out of the session feeling like you've had a good work out. It's also great that the exercises are designed for you to be able to do your own sessions at home without any equipment so that you can keep things up outside of the weekly sessions. Thanks Tony!

I was referred to Tony by a friend and I am so pleased she did! I love walking but never really enjoyed the gym but I realsised I needed some extra exercise to increase my flexibility and build muscle tone and lose a little weight. Tony has built a program that suits my level of fitness and has increased in intensity over the weeks. I noticed after five weeks that jeans that didn’t fit did, the cardio helped me run up the stairs at the train station without becoming out of breath and I now have muscle definition in triceps I never thought I’d have! The cook books and daily work outs are great , it makes for a really great pacakage and Tony is friendly, funny and motivational, I can’t recommend him enough.

I started training with Tony around 3 weeks ago, he lsitens, goes at the right pace and is very professional. The PT sessions have really helped to build my confidence and I would highly recommend him regardless of your location in the UK as you can always Skype with Tony and train from your living room/back garden at home. He was happy to provide me with a consultation/trial ahead of committing to a package.
Tony compiles the training sessions according to your needs and goals and has a wide range of exercise suggestions which vary based on fitness ability. If you can't manage something right away, he will support you to build your confidence, stamina and strength to get it to where it needs to be.

Tony is a fantastic personal trainer who makes you feel very welcome and comfortable during every session. When I began my sessions I was two months post ACL reconstruction operation and 11 months post ski accident. My confidence was shook and I was scared to trust my legs to get me down the stairs let alone back on a bike, to run or even think about skiing again. 6 PT sessions, with Tony, later and I am running, cycling and confidently hiking for hours without support or any hint of pain. Tony showed me that I was capable of doing everything I used to again and gave me my confidence back- for that I will be forever grateful! If you want to feel encouraged, safe and not judged, Tony is your man!

I have trained with Tony on and off for the last 5 years, during that time I have been both 16 stone and 9 stone and at various fitness levels. Tony can very quickly adapt the workouts for my current fitness level and abilities, they are always varied and focused on my current goals whether that be fitness/weight loss or strength. I have even had lockdown Skype sessions with Tony and they are fantastic, we use bean cans for weights - no equipment necessary and I feel just as accomplished as after a face to face session. The hour absolutely flies by and Tony’s cheeky personality makes you forget how hard you are working. Tong is very knowledgeable and professional and I would recommend him to anyone!

My sister and I, we train with Tony, and we love it. You never feel like he is pushing you enough but then the next day you really feel it. The six training sessions are great to really see what you can achieve. Each time you see real progress. As women we were a little reluctant having a male trainer, however he is fantastic. He is sensitive to cultural needs. We are now signing up for next year. Tony is like a gym on wheels. He comes to you so unlike a gym membership there is no hiding or slacking. Training with Tony has been a delight and I couldn't recommend him more - having started at the gym by myself full of ignorance and no idea what I was doing, Tony was able to work around my personal abilities and goals and help me feel more confident in the gym. After suffering a serious injury and subsequent surgery on my Elbow, I lost all confidence in excising this part of my body and Tony was able to help me regain this confidence by coming up with a tailored plan to regain strength and flexibility - the fact Tony is able to come to you and make the session fit around whatever size of space you may have is probably the best part if you're gym-conscious like myself. Very reasonably priced and worth it in a competitive market.

I always find Tony to be warm, kind and approachable. I met Tony in 2015 when I subscribed to 6 sessions of personal training. I found he had great insight into how I needed to better position my body in order to maximise the benefit of each exercise. I always felt fantastic after each work out due to being encouraged beyond my comfort zone in a most compassionate way. I always experience Tony as being good at resolving issues, any struggles I may have had around the eating plan are always simply resolved by him - he always takes a sensible and understanding approach to any blocks. I have never had a personal trainer before. But, when Tony trained me, I was very happy that Tony showed me the correct way to train. I even had fun! I wasn’t too knackered at the end but still felt I did a good workout. He encouraged me to do my best and gave advice on tips to eat healthy. Tony is an amazing trainer.. He is inspirational and supportive, never lets you work at less than your best. If you have an illness or disability he does the research and finds a way to give you the workout you need. I have a life limiting disability and Tony went above and beyond in order to keep me as mobile as possible.
I'd been trying to manage on my own, in the gym and at classes but they aren't tailored to my very specific needs . I either ended up unable to participate or injured. Tony created a programme that works for me. He gives sound and sensible nutritional advice which if you follow will keep you as healthy as you can be..
If you are weighing up whether to buy a gym membership or see him I can strongly recommend the latter..You can run out of time or energy to go to the gym, you can also make excuses. He accepts no excuses and turns up at your home as agreed.. You feel a million times better after the workout and motivated to keep going.

I have trained with Tony for a year, and he has been great. Tony listens to what you aim to achieve or what you are training for, in my case a ski season. He went away and did the research so he could tailor our sessions to preparing me for skiing. Tony is always encouraging and never harsh, he pushes me to do my best and work my hardest without feeling like I am over working. He listens to what I have to say about every exercise and will change the session plan if I am finding an exercise painful or too hard. I always leave our sessions happy and feeling better about my fitness. Tony sends out daily emails, I always look forward to these as they set me up for a good, healthy and active day! History - denial! Hate gyms with those super fit matchsticks. Then decided I'd like to climb stairs without creaking. Me not the stairs. Found Tony online & so far have had first class treatment. He came to the house first to discuss my expectations & goals. I'll admit to some trepidation. What will he expect? Will I survive 20 min let alone an hour? Ffuf! What was I worried about? Tony has been where I am, so understands all the negative thoughts. He came to the house with a bag of kit...& scales & a tape measure. Getting measured was the worse bit of the session! The hour flew by & I was tired & buzzing, I had survived! Since then my fitness has increased, my body is slowly changing shape & I look forward to each session. They're different each time. Allowances have been made for a gammy knee, but everything else is worked! Tony pushes you without you knowing it! Never had a personal trainer before so can't compare Tony to anybody else, but wouldn't want a different trainer. Happy!

Boxing Day 2016 I started looking around for a personal trainer. I was fed up of being a being blob. I met Tony in January 2017 and we sat down and talked about food and exercise.
When I started with Tony I didn't even own a pair of trainers or clothes to exercise in. The next few weeks we created targets. Each week Tony comes to my front room and he gets me moving. I went from never exercising before and walking up the stairs to bed was an effort. To realising I can move and I can also lost weight.
You have to be honest with your self and make changes and some times say no , you can't loose weight and change your life by sitting on the sofa watching the world go by.
Tony will identify what you want to achieve , push your self to exercise , make you think about what you eat , identify and problem solve eating things you need to eat in moderation. He will taylor a plan to suit you.
He can even pop a few jokes and make you laugh at the same time which is always great!
