I have been instructed in pilates by Michelle since July 2019 when I started classes in order to support weight loss and strengthening ready for major surgery. I suffer from Endometriosis and from the very first class Michelle has treated me as an individual, understood and respected my limitations and always made me feel like I have achieved in class. Surgery went well and I am delighted to be back in class with Michelle, she is knowledgeable, calm and an excellent instructor.

I have been having PT sessions with Michelle for the past 18 months, and previous to that I certainly wasn’t a “Gym Bunny”, so being able to have 1-2-1 sessions with Michelle suited me down the ground. Even through poor health and injury Michelle has discussed goals and then adapted different work outs for me so I can continue to get the most out of the sessions I have. I currently do three sessions a week and I love it!
Even with the current situation with COVID 19 we have been able to do my sessions via Zoom or when permitted run together to achieve my goal of running a 5K. Like any great trainer she keeps me motivated and works me hard.
Michelle is an amazing trainer, she's such a lovely person and so easy to get on with as well.
I would highly recommend personal training sessions with Michelle.

Since joining the pilates class via zoom a few weeks ago I am starting to feel the benefits both mentally and physically. I am looking forward to getting back on track with fitness and making sure it's a part of my regular routine. Michelle is a fantastic pilates teacher, good listener and makes the class fun, I enjoy the guidance she gives throughout our movements especially as I'm new to pilates and this will help me gain confidence.I always look forward to my next class and have recently moved from one to two classes a week as feel with Michelle's encouragement I will push myself to improve.

Michelle is an incredible Pilates teacher ,
On a personal journey after having back surgery I decided to invest in practicing Pilates . Not only has the Pilates given me more flexibility and strength it’s also helped my emotional well-being. It’s helped me ground myself and just be in the moment . Michelle has such knowledge this to made me feel confident in her teaching . Michelle has such a way about her that I come away feeling such piece . Grateful 🙏
