After having a baby in early 2017 I wanted to get (at least reasonably) fit and healthy again but didn't have the time or the energy to go to the gym. Stuart was able to put together a program for me that I could do when I had a few minutes free. I was able to do mobility in the morning and then some of the kettle bell exercises in the afternoon. I had never used kettle bells before and was apprehensive but it was easy to follow. I am pleased to say I have been able to lose most of my baby weight now and more importantly feel 100% better. Thank you Stuart!

I have been attending Stuart's Tai Chi classes for a few months now. He certainly knows his stuff and explains all the moves and even some of the background to them. If you are looking to use Tai Chi as a gentle exercise to overcome an injury or joint problem then Stuart is great at tailoring the exercises to suit. I had been looking for a class to suit me for a while and this has proved to be just right.

I’ve been seeing Stuart since Oct 2016. I have an office job, had a health scare and am the wrong side of 40. I realised I needed to get fitter and make more out of my gym membership. I was a creature of habit, stuck using the same exercise machines and wasn’t exercising my whole body. Stuart introduced me to kettle bells (thanks!) and a methodical approach to improving my fitness, core strength and some slow but gradual toning up. I see Stuart every 3-4 weeks to tweak or get a new set of exercises to work on. I can defiantly feel the difference and I can't recommend him highly enough.

This was great. I undertook an online course of kettle bells to improve strength & tone and a mobility program as well. I found it all easy to follow (I’m not the best at following excercise instructions) and Stuart was always on hand and quick to answer for any questions I had. I must have driven him mad with my questions but he was always polite and helpful. :). I found I lost weight and got stronger. Thank you Stuart!

I have been using Stuart as a Tai Chi teacher since February he is very patient and is very informative and wants you to learn more, I have recommended him to several of my friends and look forward to learning more of this art.
