Whether you goal in life is to get fitter, lose a few pounds or have an insight into a healthier lifestyle Sarah is the person I would recommend.
She has an extensive knowledge of nutrition and personal training. Every session is tailor made for you, and always varied to keep you motivated and interested. I know having a personal trainer for the first time can seem daunting, but rest assured Sarah is very friendly and approachable, and if you are willing to put the effort in you will not find a more committed trainer . She really does get results.

I’ve worked with Sarah over the past couple of months and she has provided a wealth of knowledge and advice around creating positive food habits. I have known Sarah over 10 years now, the first time I booked a 6 week block and the results were amazing. I returned to see Sarah in 2019 as I was struggling to keep the weight off. I had another 6 week block and again the results were even better then the first time as the eating plan had changed and was easily for me to follow. I would recommend Sarah to anyone who struggles to lose weight, but you have to listen to what she says and follow it completely. Thank you Sarah for all the help and encouragement you have given me over the years 😊

My wedding day was looming and I so desperately wanted to lose weight and feel my best in my wedding dress and in a bikini for the honeymoon but was struggling to make myself do it. I made an appointment with Sarah and from that first meeting Sarah made me feel like it was possible and helped me get back that motivation. The training sessions were great and Sarah kept me going even when I thought I couldn’t. She was always helpful and approachable on any advice regarding the nutrition side of things too.
When the week of my wedding arrived and I had my last weigh in and measurements I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. Sarah helped me achieve my goal. On my wedding day I felt and looked great, I had my confidence back. Now I look back at the photos from the wedding and the bikini photos from the honeymoon and am so pleased I did it and am so proud with the results.
