After a spinal operation, I developed a condition known as "Foot Drop" which left me with very little movement in my left foot, resulting in a very irritating limp. After a very honest and open assessment, Sean explained that my problem was not skeletal or muscular but it was neurological. He explained in clear terms that whist there was little he could do to cure the problem but there was certainly something he could do to limit the impact on my mobility. Under Sean's guidance I entered into a strict regime of exercises designed specifically to strengthen my leg, ankle and core muscles. I religiously do these exercises at home and at the gym and after a four week period I began to feel the benefit. I still have a slight limp but thanks to Sean Burgess Fitness, I now have much more movement and stability in my foot, which has helped my mobility significantly.

I have trained with Sean for 7 years and can honestly say there is no one better. We met when he was our Strength & Conditioning coach at my rugby club, this developed into him training me 121 which then led to me taking part in his Invincible Boot Camp classes.
I was one of the first people to do the SB Fitness 123 program and it worked wonders. I lost 3 stone & hit my peak weight level which helped in sport & just general well-being. It's a great program & with Sean's support it's a an awesome way to improve your general wellness.

I have trained with Sean regularly for around four years. Unlike previous personal trainers, Sean invests large amounts of time in to each client and has a genuine investment in your fitness goals.
The main thing that drew me to Sean is his vast knowledge of fitness which includes his physio therapy work. His rugby background has enabled me to return to rugby through a long injury lay off, lose weight and improve my fitness massively.

I have been training with Sean for many years as I feel he is the best in the area! He brings an element of fun and personality that makes you feel like you can take on any of the hard challenges he sets.

Sean of Sean Burgess Fitness is probably one of the best personal trainers in Bournemouth and Poole. He's EXTREMELY knowledgeable when it comes to anything fitness / health / nutrition related and his bootcamps are very fun but also get you serious results. Sean was also instrumental in my white colour boxing win a few years ago, he proved to be a great boxing coach and sparring partner.

Massive shout out to Sean Burgess Fitness for helping me improve my fitness, health and general wellbeing with a carefully thought out fitness programme. This pandemic caught me off guard and with gyms closed and not much equipment at home apart from a pair of lightweight dumbbells, a resistance band, yoga mat and some sand weights for my ankles I didn't know where to start in exercising from home. After 8 weeks in to Sean's fitness programme I have managed to lose 12kg with the help of a bit of running and dieting. Thanks Sean and once I get bored of this programme I will surely be checking you for a new programme.
