S. P.Vick has been such a positive influence on me. After having kids I've really found it hard to get the motivation to get my weight down again. 6 weeks with Vick and I'm back to pre baby weight and it has somehow felt easy?!
The meal plans have been incredible and she's taken into account my likes and dislikes, and also my sweet tooth. I've never actually felt hungry it had the urge to binge.
When I see her for personal training sessions I feel like she's my counselor 🤣and she never judges. She listens to what I want out of the session and gets it in for me.
The online workouts are also great as there are videos showing you how to do them so you literally can't get it wrong!
My training journey with Vick had definitely changed my mindset on how I move my body and what I eat for the future ❤️
L. H.Vick is absolutely incredible at what she does. I’ve just completed 8 weeks on plan with her and have lost 1 stone! After having my baby a year ago it was finally time for me to get my eating back under control and my body moving. Without Vicks guidance I could never have lost the weight that I have! In those 8 weeks I’ve eaten out pretty much every week and also haven’t had to be in the gym 24/7. I made better choices in restaurants and have moved my body as much as I could! I did the weekly online coaching which was perfect for me. The app came with a food plan each week which was still tasty and not restrictive at all. She listened to my wants and likes and was able to incorporate some foods so I wouldn’t fail. The coaching plans were brilliant as they came with videos showing how to do the exercise. She’s very supportive and was also like my counsellor! Can’t wait to join back when able.

D. P.I’ve been training with Vick for nearly 3 years now, she trained me through my whole pregnancy until 37 weeks, she has then helped me get back into training gradually after a c-section helping me to work on my pelvic floor.
She is so amazing at what she does and her sessions are totally unique, she is a friend as well as a great trainer. Couldn’t recommend her enough she’s the best!
L. G.The queen of coaching, no doubt in my mind! Vick has got your back 100% of the time. She is your cheerleader throughout your journey but also there to give you a little kick up the bum if needed. Her meal plans are completely tailored to your nutritional needs and likes and dislikes and I never ever felt like I was deprived, I ate chocolate every single day! My results were incredible and I feel like I learnt a lot in the time I was with Vick so now I can continue using those tools. If you have got this far all I can say is…sign up! You won’t regret it.
H. L.I couldn’t recommended Vick enough. Her plans are easy to follow and most importantly they’re realistic. You never feel restricted and the calorie counts for each meal means that when you have to dip off plan you have a guide of what you’re aiming for. Vick is always there if you have any questions so you feel fully supported the whole way through. I’m 8 weeks in and I’m so pleased with my results so far. It’s worth every penny in my opinion.
L. R.When I decided to address my diet & nutrition after having my baby, there was no doubt I’d be going to Vick; I’d seen her client results, meal/snack ideas etc online and knew she was the coach for me!
My food plans were all full of “normal” food, no food request was too much trouble and I genuinely never felt like I was on a diet. I was eating food I loved every single day and losing weight each week. We also worked together on improving my water intake, step count and general attitude of my eating habits.
The app was a great addition, so easy to navigate and had everything I needed at my fingertips, including contacting Vick for any questions I had - no question was too silly and she always got straight back to me!
Vick is more than just a online coach, she is an absolute babe who genuinely cares about her clients and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending her to anyone who’s looking for some guidance with their diet, nutrition, weightloss/gain or exercise. E.Vick is the best. I’ve struggled to find something that helps me lose weight, but not feel like my life has been impacted hugely with me unable to eat. Vick’s method of “nothing is off limits” is truly amazing. Her meal plans mean you have a bit of everything, snacks included, and never feel hungry. After lots of different diets and trying to cut out food I’m honestly amazed at Vick’s process and how I’m not only losing lbs and inches but feeling healthy. Her workouts mean that you start to feel strong and not just thin and her commitment to “not talking about the scale” in check-ins mean this is extremely healthy from a mental health perspective which I feel is really hard to find. I’ve been working with Vick for just about 10 weeks and am about 10lbs down and 2.5 inches off my waist and feeling amazing in my body. I wholeheartedly recommend Vick to anyone looking for a realistic, sustainable and achievable health and fitness plan.

S. B.I cannot thank Vick enough. I’ve put on about 1.5 stone over the past 3 years and became very unhappy. Living in leggings and non wired bras doesn’t do much for anybody! Whilst exercise has never been an issue, food was, and have realised I’ve been completely over eating. With meal plans I learnt that a snack pack of Maltesers, Americano coffees and Pom Bears all do the trick!! Also weighing my food has been a game changer.
If you’re concerned about having to eat salads on your plans, no food is off limits and exercise and steps are all upto you and how your lifestyle is.
I’ve gone down a dress size , lost inches everywhere and at least half a stone off in 8 weeks. Fee so much toned again through my 4 times a week gym program and have a much healthier approach to food.
She really does work!!
N. R.What an absolute superstar Vick is! I've had so much fun working with her, lost weight, got stronger and never felt restricted. I've still had nights out, eaten Nutella bagels for breakfast and easily made 3 workouts a week my habit and feel amazing for it. She'll work with you to make your goals achievable (a life without jaffa cakes is not the one for me) and there's no guilt if you have a rocky week. She's so supportive, really knows her stuff and is the best person to have on your team.

J.Vick was a great support in getting me back into my fitness after losing my love and motivation for it. I always knew what I should be doing food and gym wise but couldn't get back on track. I decided I needed the accountability of a coach to help steer me in the right direction and keep me motivated. Vick always listens, is you're biggest supporter and explains reason behind what she is asking you to do etc.
I was coached by vick for a year, got to a point I felt good, reversed out and then I decided to go alone with everything I had learnt. I've learnt so much from Vick I have managed to keep weight off and also don't have negativity around the thinking of good and bad food, I can still have chocolate!!!. If you want a down to earth coach who takes into consideration your lifestyle etc then she is the coach for you.

The biggest cheerleader 📣 I have never known a PT who is so invested in their clients progress but the biggest investment is the way you feel about yourself and the confidence that Vick brings out in you. I hadn’t stepped foot in a gym for 9 years but she made it so easy.
Food is “normal” and you get an education without realising it in how to sustain your results and not feel like you’re on a diet or or punishing yourself.
Never once does it feel like you’re ticking boxes but instead getting tailor made, professional and dedicated plan to suit your individual needs.
Literally a dream ❤️
K. S.Everything you need (and all the stuff you didn’t realise you needed) in one! Vick sets you up with a fully tailored (and realistic) plan to help you reach your goals. She’s on hand to track your results, tweak the plan and all together keep you accountable, but in the most positive affirming way I’ve ever known. This is the only programme, to date, which has given me results which LASTED. Honestly changed my approach to food and how I look at my body.

S. R.I did a one off 12 week plan with vic and she such a brilliant coach/mentor/therapist u name it. Nothing is ever too much for her and she was always on hand to answer any food/gym related questions I had. Her food plans are unreal and the personalised workout programme she planned for wasn’t as daunting as I thought it would be. I requested crisps and party rings DAILY within my food plan and she managed to give me a menu that included them both, and I still lost weight.
I would absolutely recommend vic to anyone wether your a complete beginner like me, or someone who loves the gym and already has the drive but wants to do more. Her reputation speaks for itself !!!!!

C.I literally cannot recommend Vick highly enough!!
When I first started with Vick, I had been gyming and eating well for around 6 months but had hit a wall with my progress. I knew to eat in a calorie deficit and go to the gym regularly, but that’s as far as my knowledge took me.
I’m now 7 weeks in and cannot get over my transformation.. My bum is bigger, my stomach is flatter & my arms are so much more toned ( every girls dream )
Her weekly food plans are EVERYTHING - I haven’t felt restricted with my food and also haven’t had any mad cravings ( this is because she gives you yummy food, daily treats and takes your lifestyle into consideration - not just chicken and rice )
Not only has she helped with my diet, but I’ve also achieved new PB’s in the gym with weights that I only ever imagined of lifting. This has helped so much with growing my bum and toning my body and I’m genuinely so chuffed.
Again, I cannot recommend Vick enough - she really is a diamond and I’m so thankful I chose her as my PT and coach.
