I love Rachel's bootcamp class so does my 6 months old son. I look forward every Thursday, no matter the weather conditions. Rachel is very friendly and supportive, she tries to design the exercises according to my needs and abilities. Joining the class has helped me boosting up my confidence after pregnancy and staying home on maternity leave.

Wish I had discovered Rachel’s classes whilst pregnant as her post natal boot camp is brill! I really enjoyed the classes and felt so much better after going. I was nervous about getting back into exercise after a caesarean but Rachel was really understanding and helped increase my confidence again! She is willing to tweak the excercises to suit your needs but doesn’t let you cheat which is fab. I’m normally quite apprehensive about going to new classes but Rachel was very friendly and welcoming, she is also willing to help out rocking the pram etc if my little girl became unsettled whilst I was in the middle of something. Highly recommend any of her classes!

Really enjoyed going to Bump Camp during my pregnancy. Classes were pitched perfectly - a proper full body workout but Rachel adjusts the exercises based on how many weeks you are so you always feel safe and confident you’re not doing anything you shouldn’t! Great way to meet and spend time with other mums to be and looking forward to starting Ladies that Crunch now my little one is born!

Rachel is an excellent personal trainer. From my initial consultation,
personal training plan, to our one-to-one sessions she makes every effort to tailor make your training. The sessions were great fun but don't be fooled she will not let you cheat or take the easy route believe me I tried. From couch potato to being able to run 3 kilometres my personal best in many years in 3 months of meeting I am fitter than I have been in years. I highly recommend Rachel to anyone.

Rachel is really knowledgeable, friendly and makes you feel welcome. She pitches the workouts and a pace that suits individuals so you can work as hard as you like! The family boot camps have been really good so even the dads get a chance to join in as well!

Brilliant classes! Suitable for all abilities and all stages of pregnancy and beyond. I've loved my experiences of bump camp and the boot camp, I've found it fun, energising and great to meet some lovely new people. Great incentive of first class free too!
