Really enjoy the PT sessions with Amanda. Even when I don’t feel up to it, she gets me through it and I feel so much better for it. Lovely person and always have a good natter. My son and I have recently started buddy sessions with Amanda. She’s so amenable creating workouts we both enjoy, and that’s something for my son that rarely moves from the sofa/bed! Highly recommend Amanda.

I started training sessions with Amanda only this week, iv had 2 sessions so far and they have been amazing. I tryed the gym years ago but didn't get on with it. Having 1 on 1 with personal trainer is so much better for me. Amanda is fab she makes it fun and enjoyable. I look forward to going to my sessions, whereas when I used the gym I used to dread going.
I also find that doing 1 on 1 is good for your mental heath. In the 2 sessions iv had with Amanda iv used the weights, I never did that in the gym and it makes me feel really good about myself. Amanda is very encouraging, friendly and a great personal trainer. I'd recommend her to anyone

I started training with Amanda in August 2020, I was quite nervous about this as it had been several years since I had last worked out. Amanda put me at ease straight away and I became more confident with each session. Her positive attitude and great sense of humour filled every workout.
With Amanda's continued guidance and encouragement I was able to get fitter and lift heavier then I ever thought I would.
I was so upset to hear Amanda was moving away and I would no longer be able to train with her but I know I have made a friend for life.

I started training with Amanda after I had gastric bypass surgery. I was extremely unfit and overweight and had little or no energy due to the small amounts of food I could eat.
Amanda is amazing, she took on board the things I couldn’t or wasn’t able to do and designed a program around this. She understood my goals and we worked hard to build up my stamina until I was doing things I didn’t think I was even capable of.
Amanda is so encouraging, friendly and dedicated. She was always flexible with my session times and totally supportive throughout.
I was gutted when I heard she was moving away from the area, but even now she’s checks up on my progress and I’m looking forward to reconnecting with her for sessions online.
