Chantalle is an excellent personal trainer and a motivating coach. Totally recommend her! She took care and attention to understand what I need in my PT and built up my strength and fitness.
I have had to take a break due to an injury and really miss her workouts and notice the difference much more than I thought I would in body tone and muscle - can’t wait to get back!

I have trained with Chantalle for a year, on zoom. She is an inspirational teacher and coach, who has encouraged and motivated me to work towards keeping healthy and active. I'm nearly 70, and with her help I have felt so much stronger and fitter. Her knowledge of the body is extensive and her preparation always very thorough. I really enjoy my sessions and I can totally recommend Chantalle as a PT.

Recently took part in a fitness circuit with Chantalle. It was brilliant. Fun as well as challenging. Just what I was after.

Was lucky enough to do a training session in the park with Chantalle recently. It was the first proper workout since having my second baby - and it was so good! I have dropped one full size since I started the program with Chantalle. Half way through my program this is on target. My body has never been more toned but this is not the best part believe it or not. My back pain has gone, the self awareness has improved in terms of posture, movement and eating habits. I thoroughly enjoy exsercising with Chantalle. She is very attentive, flexible and fully dedicated to my progress and wellbeing. I wish you all the optimal fitness you deserve.

Chantalle is a superb and versatile personal trainer with a wonderful manner and encyclopaedic knowledge. She's done so much that's made me fitter, healthier and helped me change the way I feel about myself.
I've never felt fitter and I'm nowhere near burning out. The importance of a trainer is SO underestimated and the value of a GOOD trainer doubly so!

I was recommended Chantelle when I became pregnant as I wanted to continue to train but ensure I was doing it in the right way with the right support! Chantelle has been incredible, creating unique training plans that regularly update to coincide with my growing bump, she adapts all exercises/weight training that I liked to do pre-pregnancy so that I still get to do them, but at the right level now for my condition. She is so knowledgeable about the body and pre/post natal training, she takes the time to explain the routine and reason for adapting the exercises/breathing techniques which I really appreciate as this helps me to control my breathing and the way I complete each exercise/work with the resistance!
Results so far for me - I have continued to feel strong throughout my pregnancy so far (nearing the end now), having the continued sessions in place each week has made me feel more capable and energised (I literally didn’t move in my last pregnancy and felt so weak as a result) as I continue to move each day, my body is getting used to the exercise! I feel it’s preparing me for and post the birth - as we focus on core/abdominal area in the right way! I would 100% recommend Chantelle, I’m so glad she was recommended to me!

Highly recommend Chantelle to everyone. She is the gentlest strong women I've ever met. She gave me ALL of her attention, throughout my session, and I felt as if she was listening with intent - she offered advise that was realistic and doable. I felt cared for and I now feel better than I've felt for a while.
