N.Ben is brilliant at making sure you get the most out of each workout. He knows his stuff and even though you work hard it is throughly enjoyable. Been working with Ben to rehab following an accident & his knowledge to modify training to suit me cannot be faulted. If you are looking for a PT I highly recommend Ben.
