I have been training with David for 4 months now and the sessions have been brilliant! This is the first time I’ve worked with a PT and David has designed a programme that’s fun, challenging and one that ensures I’m achieving my goals. He is really knowledgable about strength, fitness but also about nutrition and is happy to answer any questions I have. Clearly a lot of thought and goes time into designing a programme that’s personalised for me. Overall, I can’t recommend David enough, he’s supportive, really knows his stuff and makes training fun!

I have been working with my personal trainer David Clark at this gym for 3 weeks now. He’s very knowledgable and supportive and easy to get along with. He created a detailed plan that ensured I would achieve my goals and answered any questions I had throughout the course of my training with him. This would be during 1-1 sessions and also via text whenever I was working out on my own or had a question when at home. I am very satisfied with the service provided and look forward to continue doing sessions!

David is great to work with and makes you really comfortable in in person sessions. He always has good advice or adjustments for me if I’m unsure of something. His programming consistently gives me big improvements in strength so really happy with my progress with him!

I’ve been training with David for three months now and his sessions and approach are excellent. He is very knowledgable about sports and exercise science, including nutrition. I can also tell that he spends a lot of time adjusting the plan to my individual needs and goals. Overall he is externally passionate about fitness and that reflects in our weekly sessions.
