I’m not a fan of the usual gyms, I always felt intimidated by them. COACHEDBYLA is the total opposite of usual gyms. It’s small group training in groups of 4 in a beautiful studio whereby you receive excellent coaching, workouts are planned on a daily basis, and changed regularly. You can also receive nutrition coaching, weekly feedback on your progress and totally help you to smash your goals. Everyone in the group are awesome, friendly, supportive and we all encourage each other whilst enjoying our workouts. Highly recommend

They care, they are precise and ensure they put inclusivity, individuality and diversity in the heart of everything they do.
Lucie and the team went through my goals with a fine tooth comb before they started to plan and work with me, just like all their other clients I have seen the results I was looking for.
They do this by making me accountable and helping me learn (rather than handing me everything in a plate), this means on the days I’m not with them I’m still nailing my goals.
The training studio has such a friendly and fun environment, everyone is so welcoming and it’s like being part of a family, right from my first visit I felt at ease.

I have been a member of Coached by LA for nearly a year now. It’s honestly been the best decision I have made. Not only has working out helped my physical mental health but my confidence since joining has increased dramatically! The support I have received from the fantastic PT’s Lucie, Ash and Meg have been invaluable to my training. Not only have I gained a new body and healthy mind but above all I’ve gained some amazing friends that not only train me but who I train with! For me an every day gym was too much with people hanging around me waiting for machines and putting me off. Coached by LA offers a more private area in a comfortable/stylish environment with brand new equipment with constant changes to the workouts and flexible timetables for all working hours. With only 4 people max to each session you get constant hints and tips and technique corrections from the supportive PT’s who don’t judge they just push you to be your best. Not only do they offer a personalised gym routine they also offer check-ins to help with nutrition to help you get the best of what you want to achieve. There is also assault which is a great cardio/circuit session which is a great bonus to the strength training they offer. They also offer yoga classes through one of their clients - they really do open up a difference to your normal standard every day gym. Training with COACHEDBYLA is different from any other training I've ever done. The small group sessions allow the same attention and guidance that you would get from one-to-one coaching, but at a fraction of the price - plus you get to work out with really supportive, fun people of all ages and abilities. The private studio is beautiful and COVID-safe.
I've been a client for 6 months. I opted for the Empowerment Programme which includes not only the sessions in the studio but also nutrition and mindset coaching with weekly check-ins.
In that time I've lost 1.5 stone and 35 inches, and I've gone down 2 sizes - but the numbers don't tell the whole story. I feel better. My sleep is better. My blood pressure is better. My relationships with food and my body are healthier. I'm more active and I love how strong and confident I feel.
The coaches are amazing. They're supportive and they know exactly when you need encouragement and when you need to rise to the challenge, and the results speak for themselves.

No one better than coachedbyla!! Having been to several gyms and PTS over the years there's been no one as helpful as Lucie and ash. They work carefully with every individual making sure you get the most out of your session for yourself.
