I've been training with Sara for about 10 months now and words cannot describe how amazing she is.
I joined after losing some strength and putting on some pounds with lockdown. I'm now stronger and fitter than I've ever been. From someone who was basically allergic to gyms this was a miracle, and I'm happy to say that I actually enjoy going now. Sara is professional, enthusiastic, great support and a right hoot to spent my mornings with.
If you're hesitating, don't. You will not regret it.

I've been training with Sara since July now and really enjoy my sessions with her. She has helped me lose weight and also inches. I really can see the difference now in terms of muscle tone. Highly HIGHLY recommended. Sara understood all of my needs as I have several medical conditions, some of which affect my movement. Within a few sessions with Sara, I felt stronger and she really helped instill confidence in me that I never had before! Her fitness knowledge is unmatched and she's already taught me so much. I have been using Sara as my PT for some time now and she's whipped me into shape from the 2nd lockdown weight which I unintentionally gained. She does her regular check ins with me to make sure I am staying on track with my training and diet and she makes sure that I'm happy with changing up the routine to ensure I never plateau. Highly recommend if you're stuck re training and need some professional, attentive training - not just for women!!!
