I had such an amazing 1:1 personal training session. I am unfit at the moment and felt that Liam didn't judge that, he just got me working hard and having fun. Great fun and helping people get fit in a spacious and safe environment. Went to the boxing sparring session today and the first thing I noticed is that the coach has a unique ability to know exactly when to push you on to get the best out of you. There is no pressure in this session, everyone wants to help you learn. There were many different ages here from teenage years to late 40’s. No injuries and good controlled sparring from the extremely professional coach. Will be back for more

I have recently started training with Liam and I have to say that I really enjoy it. The class is well structured and fun, but most importantly, it's a good workout! Liam is a good, friendly instructor, knowledgeable about boxing techniques and fitness. Also, he keeps me motivated during the workout, which makes me come back for more. I’ve only just started training with Liam recently. My aim is to tone up and learn some new techniques. My first session with him I was nervous but he made me feel really comfortable and ease. I haven’t thrown a punch in years and he had me doing most the combos by the end of the first session. He was also able to modify my exercises as I’ve injured my adductor and groin. I look forward to more sessions with Liam and highly recommend anyone at all fitness levels.

Liam pushes you hard but keeps it challenging and varied, yet achievable throughout.
