If you're looking for a professional, personable PT that will get you excellent results then Jamie can't be beat. My fitness journey started with Jamie years ago when I had little knowledge or motivation for the gym, through his encouragment I quickly put on muscle and similantaneously gained confidence.
By switching up my diet using his outstanding nutritional knowledge I now feel 100% more energised throughout the day.
If you're struggling with the discipline of regularly attending the gym and lacking results then Jamie's the coach you need to get back on track.

Jamie is a personable & professional personal trainer! He is full of knowledge and pays attention to small details, for example; form, in that making sure every exercise is done correctly to minimise injury & get the most from the workout. Ive been training with Jamie for over a year now and am seeing great results. I have had a couple of personal trainers before but Jamie knows best! Would 100% recommend Jamie to you at whatever your training needs/level are. He plans every session to your specific needs and is always at the end of the phone if you need help with nutrition or feedback from your sessions! Give him a try you won’t regret it! Jamie is an Amazing PT and is personally invested in your success. Jamie takes a holistic approach to his coaching and adapts his training to your specific needs and requirements while offering a great online program. Moreover his new PT space has some great equipment and amenities ( towel, coffee ect..). Thanks for all your help so far !

I’ve been training with Jamie for just over 12 weeks. I’ve had back issues and Jamie has introduced me to some very effective exercises, including stretching, circuits and various cardio and muscle strengthening exercises.
