One of the wonders of testosterone is fat redistribution. But it's a slow process. By the end of last year, my chest and hip dysphoria became too much to handle, so I reached out to Nik for help.
Since January, we've worked together towards my ultimate goal: to look like the man I feel that I am. Instead of waiting for puberty 2.0 to work its magic, I chose to take control and masculinise my body myself using fitness and nutrition, with Nik's expert guidance and support.
And oh boy am I impressed! In just 20 weeks of working with Nik, I lost 10cm from my chest and 9cm-9.5cm from my lower abdomen and hips. My upper body is broader and my muscles feel pumped!
My chest/hip dysphoria has massively decreased, I'm finally starting to see the V-shaped masculine figure I've always wanted, and I've discovered a new passion for weightlifting along the way.

I initiated contact with Nik in late 2021 because I was looking for a nutrition coach to guide me through a 10-week cut and peak me for a photoshoot I’d decided to do. GREAT DECISION. Nik has been incredibly helpful and supportive through the ups and downs of a pretty hard cut (for reference, I did not get truly stage lean, but I got down to at or very close to, essential bodyfat levels). He is incredibly knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly. He’s extremely responsive and always carves out time to respond to emails, answer questions, etc. On top of it all, he has a genuinely great personality and is a pleasure to work with. The only downside to Nik is that he is literally on the opposite side of the planet from me, because I think it would be a BLAST to get to train with him!

Before Nikias I felt very ashamed and unhappy with my body. Having a history of dysmorphia and dysphoria, I had wanted to start working out and eating the in the healthiest in order lose weight. But since starting working with him in April 2021, Nik helped reshape the way I thought about my body, exercise, and food. He helped me feel good about my body in a way I hadn't before.
With his help, I've been able to: put on more muscle than I ever thought I would be comfortable with; start eating foods that make me feel good, rather than restrict "bad" foods; and become a more active participant in taking care of and listening to my body.
BEYOND his professional and helpful nature, Nik is very fun to speak to and meet with. I don't know that I've had a session with him where we don't laugh, and not just about fitness jokes. He genuinely cares about his clients and their athletic progress as well as their personal growth. He is one of my top supporters.
I cannot recommend Nik enough. 5 stars doesn't do justice of how much he's helped me and how willing he is to help his clients, heck even 5,000 doesn't. Shoot him an email and check out his blog, you'll come to realize the same soon enough.

Nik is essentially everything you’d want in a trainer. Over 6 months working with him, I’ve seen so much progress in both my strength (my original goal when I started working with Nik) and my mindset, above and beyond what I would have expected.
The top 3 reasons why you should work with Nik:
1) Knowledge and Commitment: Nik is constantly reading and researching ways to make his training even more effective for all his clients. His genuine interest in all things fitness and nutrition means that Nik can articulate exactly why things work in the way they do, and help you understand the reasoning behind things you’ve never thought about. Learning about biomechanics between supersets isn’t something I expected but it’s really enhanced my training! He is thorough and he uses all his knowledge to tailor training to his clients’ needs and goals.
2) A friendly, Personal Approach: Nik has struck the perfect balance between pushing me to improve myself, and challenging me to go beyond where I thought my limits were, and also keeping things at a level that was achievable for me and allowing me to feel successful coming out of every workout. So many people lean either one way or another, but Nik strikes the perfect balance between a drill Sargent and a cheerleader. So much of working with someone is getting on with them on a personal level, too, and Nik is such an easy guy to get along with - friendly, likeable, and genuine. The amount he cares about his clients - checking in with them regularly, wanting to know what he can do better, and building a relationship with the people he works with - really shapes how he works.
3) A well-rounded experience: Nik has knowledge in so many different areas - strength, nutrition, weight loss and mindset - that no matter what your initial goal is, you’ll see progress across the board. The training divided into ‘blocks’ means you get variety in the training so you never get bored, but there’s also an element of consistency which means that you see progress and become comfortable with the form of your exercises. Nik knows how to plan for progression really well, and as someone who’s really motivated by being able to see improvement in my skills, that’s been so helpful. Nik listens to your goals and he plans for these (for example, I reallllllllly wanted to be able to do a push-up) but also includes so many other things that you didn’t even realise you wanted to be able to do!
I have seen my ability and my confidence grow so much in six months - from a ‘former athlete’ not sure where to start in the gym after 6 years of very little exercise, to someone who so looks forward to training every week, no matter how tough the session might be (except when split squats are on the menu...). I will miss working with Nik so much and can’t wait to continue working with him when I am in a better position to do so.

Nikias is an exceptional personal trainer, who really takes time to understand your goals and put together the right programme for you with considerable expertise. Working with him has really helped me develop both my fitness in general (feeling stronger is awesome!) and my confidence to work towards specific goals.
He's flexible and brilliant at meeting you where you are, from wellbeing and motivation through to at-home exercise logistics with minimal equipment. I've worked with a wide range of professionals in different coaching capacities; it's very rare you find Nik's balance of empathy, commitment (he's clearly an engaged and reflective practitioner) and in-depth technical knowledge applied with precision. Which isn't to say everything was serious -- I had a lot of fun training too! :)

I’ve been working with Nikias for a while now and it’s been phenomenal but most importantly sustainable! He has helped me build up healthy habits after I got into so pretty bad ones during lockdown, so that I can meet my short term goals AND my keep it going for the long term - and I’m really getting results!
Nik really builds a programme that’s tailored to you. He listens carefully and analyses all the data you send him so that he can figure out what is going to work for you, there’s no one size fits all programme. Nikias has noticed patterns and things about my behaviour and body that I never realised myself and this has really helped me take control of things and feel better about myself.
He always takes time to figure out things that will actually work for you, for example when recommending a type of food he looked into what was available in my local supermarket so he could reccomend a brand I could get easily and consistently. This makes it so much easier to follow his advice and stay on track.
The best thing about working with Nikias for me has been that he always explains WHY he is suggesting something. This empowers me with the knowledge I need to understand what my choices mean for my goals and this helps me make decisions in an informed way that will help my progress. It also stops me getting bored and frustrated with what I’m doing, because I know why it’s going to work.
I would really reccomend getting Nikias as a coach as he’s a really attentive, knowledgeable trainer who will help you make the changes that matter. I’ve loved having him as a coach and I’m looking forward to working with him for a long time.

I've been working with Nikias for around three months, with being new to fitness I didn't know what to expect, I'd never worked out before never mind getting a personal trainer. I can safely say Nikias goes above and beyond his job role, not only is he there for my physical well-being, but mental. Not only does he tell me which work outs to do, but he educates me on fitness and nutritional knowledge. He has very informative posts, that not only educate but inspire. It's one year on from my previous review and 18 months since I started working with Nik. After the first lockdown last year I felt I was carrying too much weight again and felt that I needed to really diet properly. Nik asked me whether I was prepared to weigh all of my food (tracking). I was and Nik estimated a four month target for me to lose 10lbs.
After about a month I appeared to plateau and I couldn't understand why. Nik asked me whether I was weighing all of my food. In fact, I hadn't really been - I had been eyeballing it and estimating. The week I started actually weighing my food the weight started dropping off again, straight away. So tracking really does work.
I dieted and tracked and trained with Nik for the four months and lost a total 14lbs, getting down to a weight that I don't think I have been since my early 20s (I'm 52 now). I decided to stop at that weight, then Nik suggested we increase calories back to my maintenance levels. The diet (and tracking) ended seven months ago and I have maintained the target weight. No need to track any more because I have now learned how to 'eyeball' portions.
I could never have lost that weight without Nik, I wouldn't have had a clue how to. And I love my workouts! My body looks the best it ever has, with definition and my bad old habits like stuffing cake and biscuits at 11am and binge drinking just dropped off along with the weight, with no real effort on my part. There's no doubt that working with Nik is the best thing I've ever done for my health, figure and well-being - thank you Nik :))

I’ve been working with Nik for 3 months now, although I’ve been following his posts and tips on Instagram and been subscribed to his weekly newsletter since about October.
Since I discovered Nik, I’ve always been really impressed with his knowledge, and his ability to present really science-y technical information in a way that even I can understand. Nik can uniquely tell you what he thinks you should do, why he thinks you should do it, the science behind it, and what it will do for you. That gave me the confidence to reach out and start working with him.
At the start, I had so many goals I was becoming overwhelmed with where to begin. By chatting with Nik, I was able to break down my goals and together, we formulated a plan. Nik’s approach is to provide you with the guidance, tools, knowledge and support to hit your goals in a realistic and achievable way. Weekly check-ins, progress reports and his magical spreadsheets which work out all data for you, keep you on track and allow you to record how you are doing. Nik actively encourages you to talk about what is and, crucially, isn’t working, so that programs can be tweaked, changed and altered to allow maximum results. This means your plan becomes unique to you, your body and your goals.
Nik’s programs grow with you at a rate which is achievable and not overwhelming, and before you know where you are, your progress is going through the roof and you are feeling on top of the world.
I have had a few issues while training with Nik, such as illness and injury. Nik’s support during these times has been unbelievable. He goes above and beyond what you would expect from a PT to make sure you are well (mentally and physically), gives you the space to talk through struggles, frustrations and concerns, and 1-2-1 time to formulate a recovery plan which still keeps you on track with your goals.
You really have nothing to lose by making contact with Nik and discussing your goals. Nothing to lose, and a hell of a lot to gain.

Nikias is the fitness and nutrition partner I’ve always wanted but never been able to find.
Fifty percent drill sergeant, fifty percent entertainer, and one hundred percent professional, he’s the rare trainer who consistently strikes a perfect balance between enjoyment and hard work. From our very first meeting, he customized my program so expertly that I knew at once that he would take my every concern into account and never give me a copy-pasted template, all done without compromising the program’s effectiveness by letting me indulge my self-doubt or too eagerly catering to my whims like some trainers. Nikias believes in his clients too much for that—and, happily for me, that kind of confidence is contagious.
And when a plan isn’t as effective as we hoped? He always brings a back-up (or twelve) from his deep reserve of knowledge for every set, exercise, and stretch, both to our sessions and to the program as a whole. But don’t be fooled by his flexibility. He’s a stickler where it counts, keeping me accountable for every goal I set and helping me build the discipline and conscientiousness I need to achieve even bigger goals in the future and stay healthy all my life.
Importantly, Nikias also leads by example, openly sharing his own exercise and nutrition experiences and his passion for these topics. I've been working with Nik for two months and I can honestly say he's a phenomenal coach. Ever since our very first video calls, I immediately noticed what a good listener he is and how well he can elaborate on what I tell him. Nikias is an absolutely brilliant personal trainer! I have had a month of coaching and nutrition advice with him so far, and it has really helped me to get into shape for my wedding, learn more about nutrition, and genuinely start to love the gym again.
Nikias is particularly good at listening to his clients and tailoring his programme to them, rather than expecting you to fit to a generic plan. He will help you work out how to make exercise and healthy eating a part of your life, giving you strategies to help manage things like comfort eating, going out for meals with friends, and what to do when you just don't want to go gym.
In my month with Nik, I lost almost an inch from my waist and hips, and gained the same on my chest and arms. I added 5kg to most of my lifts and gained confidence and technical al ability in the bench, squat, deadlift and OHP.
