Been training at Revolution Brighton for over a year now and I have seen consistent results. Alex has not only helped me to train better but also has advised on how to incorporate a better sleeping pattern and a better diet to suit my busy work schedule. Since training at Revolution and taking on board the advice from the various trainers, I have been able to better incorporate health and fitness into my lifestyle in a sustainable and tailored manner.

I had been going to the gym pretty regularly for about 5 years, and decided I needed a push to get back into things after the last lockdown. I have achieved more in the first 12 weeks with Jack at Revolutions that I had in 5 years before, outstanding results in such a short time - really well tailored to me as an individual and always felt pushed to achieve, just signed up for another 6 months. Highly recommend giving it a go - you will be amazed!

Ana was amazing from the start. As a big person I was very apprehensive and nervous to attend my first session, from the get go Ana made me feel at ease and very comfortable. Ana helped me to push myself but was always mindful of my limitations and my potential. I have unfortunately relocated so had to finish working with Ana which was a great shame, I would recommend 100% if you want to feel comfortable, if you have confidence issues and if you want to enjoy exercise.

I started my 12 week plan with Lucy in November 2019, and plan to keep going throughout 2020. I've worked with her and the team before and it was such a great experience for me, I had to start again. Having a personal trainer, in a studio rather than a gym, has a real impact on your mental health too. Every one is there because they want a change and want to achieve something. No one is looking at you, no one is judging. We're all there for the same reason, so it brings a really positive vibe into the room. The trainers are so friendly and nice to talk to. Going yo Revolution is my favourite part of my week.

Lucy has been brilliant as my personal trainer at the revolution in Brighton. I have been so motivated that I have consistently gone for 3 sessions a week and always looking forward to the next session. I have been training with Jack at Revolution for over two years and during that time not only has my body changed but I have changed my entire outlook to fitness. I started seeing Kalvin at Revolution just before lockdown last year, having previously trained with him at a nearby corporate gym. When he told me that Revolution was a Personal Training Gym, I didn't really know what to expect, so was a bit apprehensive. Within minutes of my first visit, I felt comfortable. Anyone that goes to Revolution is seeing their trainer, so it's not crowded and you aren't waiting to use any of the equipment. Kalvin knew my goals, so planned my sessions accordingly. He convinced me to start seeing him before work twice a week. I never thought that I would be in the gym at 8.00am every Tuesday and Thursday, but I was and soon started to see the difference. However, Lockdown put a stop to that, so we started training by Facetime, using the equipment I have at home. As soon as the Gym re-opened I was back training with Kalvin. I now see Kalvin 3 times each week, at 8.00am. It really is the best way to start the day. Every session is different - sometimes its "push", sometimes "pull" but whatever it is, the session is tailored to my goals. I have been seeing Kalvin for 18 months now and I am in the best shape I have ever been. Fitter and lifting weights I never thought I would lift. I felt nervous about starting my PT session (having never done any before) but everyone at Revolution is very friendly and welcoming. First session, George was great, really friendly down to earth guy. You can sense his passion for the job and he is driven in his approach, really taking his time to get to know the client and their needs.

I have been training at Revolution with Adrien for almost a year.
I actively recommend going to a Personal Trainer to all my friends because I have found it is the best way to get good results and it was definitely what kickstarted a much healthier mindset for me, not just in terms of sport/movement but also influencing healthier eating and a healthier lifestyle in general.
It is a joy working with Adrien, as your Personal Trainer he makes lessons challenging but fun, changing exercises constantly so it never becomes routine.
He is patient, kind and his beautiful positive nature always shines through.
I find him very motivating and always gives good feedback so you can improve quickly.
He is great at what he does and I thoroughly recommend him.
Revolution is a fantastic concept and the atmosphere feels a lot more relaxed than being in a regular gym so for ‘gym-phobic’ people like me it’s perfect.

Revolution is a great studio with fantastic trainers. I’ve been training there now for 2 and a half years and enjoyed it immensely. Decided to try this place out after a long period of no exercise, to give myself a bit of motivation. I was particularly keen on the idea of training at a PT only gym. I sent an enquiry via Facebook and Alex got back to me super quickly, and, after asking about my goals, matched me to Ebony. The experience has been fabulous; Ebony is such a great personal trainer - really focused on your goals and achieving results but dedicated to making the sessions fun too. I am back to loving exercise and fitting into my favourite clothes again, and have gained a fantastic friend to boot.
It seems at other gyms it can sometimes be the case that it’s a bit hit and miss with the personal trainers too, but all the trainers seem brilliant at Revolution; my husband is trained by Sam and has been getting great results and really enjoying his sessions too. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been training at Revolution PTS since they opened and they are the best personal trainers in Brighton and Hove - 100%. I’ve trained at few other places in the past but Revolution are miles ahead in terms of enthusiasm to achieve fitness goals, equipment plus its a fun place to be - even at 7am on a Tuesday morning! For the last couple years my PT has been Jack - a local legend and top fella - highly recommend.

I've had a few personal trainers in the past and Revolution has by far been the best. I trained with Ebony for nearly a year and it never felt like a trainer/client relationship, it felt like I was training with a mate, and the other trainers added to that too. I was absolutely terrified going to my first session, but my PT, Ebony, is incredible and made me feel at ease straight away. She’s really human about things and gets that hectic lifestyles can make prioritising health and fitness more challenging. I've never had a personal trainer before so I was a bit nervous but Ebony was just amazing!! She's great in assessing my ability, giving me varying exercises to avoid feeling samey, and great at pushing and encouraging me when she's seen progress!
I am 5ft 1 and quite fit generally (I play netball 3 times a week) and as Ebony is also quite petite, I felt like she can relate to the struggles I have and she literally has the figure I want to strive for so it was easy to keep motivated! Plus she's SO much fun anyway, it never feels like a PT session at all! After a block of 6 sessions, I lost inches across arms, waist, hips and bottom!

A great training environment. Skilled personal trainers who are hand-picked, highly motivated and knowledgeable. Bespoke training and a culture of mentoring and realistic goal-setting get results from clients of all fitness levels.
Alex, in particular, is inspired and inspirational: with him, there is never a lull in the beastings but that’s what’s needed in my case.
There’s a bit of team spirit among PTs and clients, too, which I have never experienced in a gym before.

Not your typical gym as it is dedicated to 1to1 training between you and a personal trainer. For me, it was perfect. I used to be fit, really fit, but then I started to sit at a desk for 8 hours a day, on a train for 2 hours, meals out, worked away often...and a million more excuses meant that the weight went on and the fitness stopped. I'd been a member of other gyms, but they didn't do it for me. I would be dedicated for a few months, then get bored, or it would get really busy and I couldn't get on any equipment. This is not the case here. And I would say that most people there were quite similar to me in this aspect.
You phone them, have an appointment about what YOU want to achieve and they work out a plan for you. It's not cheap, but it's well worth it. The amount I paid meant I was actually more dedicated to it. My trainer, Alex, worked out a plan for me based on my goals, he also got me to keep a simple food diary and then created an eating plan for me. The sessions were arranged around my working schedule, I was set homework in the form of workouts at home based on the equipment that I have. Alex even created a special workout for when I stayed in hotels and didn't have access to anything. What was great was that Alex was with me at all times, telling me exactly what to do, keeping track of time, counting for me, fetching me a towel :)
I know this review might sound like a sales pitch, but I promise you it is not. In 12 weeks I lost 8% body fat, gained loads of muscle, got so much fitter than I used to be, was able to fit into clothes that I hadn't been able to for ages...and once again enjoyed exercise. The variety in exercises and equipment also meant that every session was something a bit different and I could then confidently do these exercises at home.
It's the best 'Gym' (I don't think that gym is a good description for it, as it's so much better than that) I've ever been to. It cost a lot, but every penny was worth it. I see it as not spending money, but actually investing the money in me! Just speak to them and get signed up. The gym is not overcrowded as they only book in a client for each trainer and everything is worked out for you. If you hate gyms, have never been to a gym, or just want to get fit and healthy in some way that's different to what you are doing now, then this is the place for you. I can't recommend it enough.

Many hurdles were faced with confidence, the want to lose weight and not knowing the right foods to eat.
By the end of the 12 weeks I was toned, confident and a lot more nutritionally aware! I followed my meal plan with ease and never felt hungry which made such a difference with being able to stick to my new regime!

Great studio with good equipment and excellent staff. I've personally trained with different PTs and Adrien is def the N°1! He is exceptionally patient and always there to support and help you in your weight loss/body shaping process - not only with exercise tips but also some food advice.
The changing room and shower might need some extra maintenance.

Training with Adrien at Revolution PTS in Brighton has helped me achieve some amazing results. I started off with a goal to be in the best shape of my life by my 30th birthday. Adrien spent time understanding what I was looking to achieve and getting to know how to best motivate me (sometimes a little tough love needed!). Under his guidance, I got to my birthday 10kg lighter, but more importantly, I feel strong and have changed so many bad habits. In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I am still training at the studio. I would not hesitate in recommending Adrien and the Revolution PTS Brighton team to anyone looking to get a personalised and results-driven service (with a little bit of fun thrown in too!). I started going to Revolution PTS after realising I was going no where at the gym. Alex created a completely personalised exercise and nutrition programme for me which got the results I was looking for. The PT's are also super approachable, friendly and a good laugh.
