Patrick has been training me for the last 3 months. He’s given me a program to follow on my own and we have a weekly 1:1 session. The workouts are varied, tailored to my goals and they’re never boring. I’ve had good results so far and I’m going to keep going to see where I get to. Highly recommended.

PJ is great and worked me hard. He really catered to my specific requirements and goals (like alleviating back pain) and tailored a workout routine that was challenging but still reasonable. Honestly speaking, whatever body type you desire or are aiming to achieve, he is motivated to get you there. He’s worth it. If you have the desire he matches your energy and adds some extra energy there to keep you motivated. Not only does he give you a workout plan but he’s also dedicated to your nutritional plan too. There are trainers out there that just talk the talk when it comes to pairing both your nutrition and your workout plan, he walks it like he talks it. He’s sincerely good with both.
I came in with the goal of muscle growth, development, to increase my weight in a healthy and sustainable way. And I feel like we are reaching that goal for sure. I’m feeling good in my body!
I have been with him for a few months now, and I had been previously struggling a lot trying to find a personal trainer that actually cares about you and your goals. This guy is by far a lad who cares about your goals. So far so good! Enjoying it, and I reckon any other person would also feel the same. Glad I’m working out and have been feeling a bit more body confident since I have been working with him.
He’s also adaptable, so if somewhere down the line you fancy changing your workout goal, he’ll change it, no problem! He’s great. He’s inspiring. He’s a nice, good, motivating lad. Looking forward to continuing this fitness drive and journey with him because so far, it’s great! 🙌
Also, he played World of Warcraft when he was younger, but he was only a healer, so be nice to him about it.

It was my first time doing a boxing session like that, Patrick explained things very clearly and helped me with my technique and footwork super quickly so I picked it up in no time. I had the opportunity to train today with Patrick. It is one of the first times anyone has taught me how to bring technical boxing techniques, in a fun way, into training. Patrick has great technical expertise and encourages and motivates through a series of training exercises that are clearly explained, fun and enables you to learn the basics of boxing but also allows you to really push yourself. I got a great workout and learned a great deal - I would very much recommend his sessions - thanks Patrick for a great lesson!

Spend 2 months training with Patrick during lockdown. Patrick has a great positive energy and is focused and dedicated towards helping me set and reach my goals. I personally set a goal of becoming faster and explosive for when the football season would return and worked on this through a sprint & resistance programme in combination with (HIIT) circuits for core and leg strength. This combination of exercises has proven to have given me great results and I feel like I'm in the best possible shape for the football season ahead. Thanks a lot Patrick and I'll definitely be back for pre season in June/July!

I am happy with the work that Patrick does because, among other things, he motivates you during the sessions and I've noticed improvement in my physical form since we started kickboxing sessions. Also he is very professional and is always looking for extra information to apply in training. :)

I've know PJ for over a year now and can honestly say he does his best to continually learn and better his professional practice. His approach is unique in that he has multiple avenues for your fitness journey. Being so diverse, you know that your sessions will always be fun and challenging and potentially leave you thinking about fitness in a new light or have you training in a way that you may not yet have experienced.

It hard to find a trainer with the knowledge to do a Taylor made program and want and help me with my goals, and set me target I have to do or I’m going to do 100 push ups, set ups, and 100 squats if I don’t do them.

Couldn't recommend more. The programme has worked really well for me by not only offering a
personalised fitness regime, but by also teaching us all about how to tackle our diet in the long term through daily informational videos. Paddy is a great instructor who has always taken the time to answer all of my questions and talk through my progress with me. Keep up the good work!
