I've been working with Shelley for about a month now and I've been really impressed and am really enjoying the sessions! I've never worked out or used a personal trainer before so I didn't really know what to expect. But Shelley is a great teacher and communicates really well so it was super easy to pick everything up. She mixes up the work outs in each session too which keeps it interesting. Her knowledge and understand of mobility has been perfect for me as I've suffered with a bad back in the past. Just a great experience so far and I'm excited to continue my fitness journey with her!

I’ve been working with Shelley for a year now and I keep coming back! She’s helped with my flexibility, stamina, strength and adapts everything for me and my bad knee. She offers a giant dose of friendliness and positivity and is so professional that I have not hesitated to recommend her to personal friends and my employer (who she also now does mobility desk workouts for). Shelley is amazing at what she does. She has taught me so much about my body and helped me complete a marathon in October this year. She does great face to face PT sessions as well as online ones which kept me sane in lockdown. Mobility is a key part of her training and something that I now understand to be so important. I’ve been working with Shelley for a few months now. I basically crawled to our first session, little mobility little strength or energy after many moons of working in a sedentary state/ office chair for 12+ hrs a day and not finding much time to do anything else with no confidence really in what I should do if I did find the time! Over the last few months Shelley has not only given me a new level of confidence around exercise but with each session I am fitter and stronger. When I have worked with personal trainers in the past, their approach and support can very much seem limited to training time only, with a one size fits all approach to training. What is heads above the rest with Shelley is the personalised, all rounded support which creates a goal achieving partnership instead. she genuinely wants you to achieve, will work hard with you, and has expert knowledge of how to get you there- whatever your level.
I really love the personalised training/goal/progress plans she creates so you can track your goals and progress together using before/after shots to keep focused on the prize. She’s also fab at being a support around your nutrition to make sure you’re not falling into any unintentional traps.
Great little studio, and fab equipment if you’re working out outdoors.
Really can’t recommend Shelley enough- what used to seem like a bit of a luxury is now definitely an essential to me and I already can’t wait for the next session and to continue strong living! 🙂

Shelley is a fab personal trainer. I have struggled to be motivated with exercise and routines but Shelly has been excellent at keeping me motivated, pushing me towards my goals, generally being much fitter and healthier and also being a great agony aunt at sessions! If your nervous about having a PT don’t be with Shelley she pushes you enough but doesn’t make you feel like your not good enough if you can’t do everything right away! A month in and I’m already seeing great results not just with by fitness and body shape but my generally life routines such as eating and getting up - so totally worth it!

Shelley is a fantastic personal trainer. She will motivate you to keep on going, to never give in and you will see the benefits. In 5 months I have become so much fitter, stronger and leaner than when I started. I enjoy my sessions and come away from each one knowing I've completed a great workout. This is the best money I have ever spent on myself!
Shelley also runs HIIT classes where you will work hard, sweat a lot but also have a lot of fun.
Finally, if you get any sort of muscle soreness or injury, Shelley is a trained in Sports Massage - and I have seen very fast recovery after a massage session.

Ive been going to Shelley's HIIT classes for a while and they are brilliant. She is super encouraging and sets out a really friendly atmosphere from the start by introducing everyone which makes a really nice change from other classes where you barely make eye contact with everyone else in the room.
Shelley has also provided me with excellent sports massage therapy. As a once competitive runner I have had countless leg therapies and treatments, and her work is up there with the best.
After the massage she runs through some good foam rolling and stretching tips for my problem areas which was really appreciated.
