Tim is such an amazing trainer! He has helped me become a much more confident person and has helped me to get on track with my goals. He is a very kind, fun and energetic person that helps to keep training fun even though it may get hard sometimes. Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs help on their path to a stronger and healthier life!

Tim is a fantastic trainer. Really works to everyone individual needs. Able to train anyone, from people who have never worked out to seasoned gym goers. Great to to trained by and creates a lovely environment with varied clients to train in. Always attentive to everyone's needs. He makes clear programs which means you can really see the benefits whilst you progress with both volume and load. I started during lockdown when I was already training consistently but had lost direction with my programing. I've learnt a lot, addressed some imbalances and made a good amount of progress. After starting PT sessions later in life I was a little nervous. Tim immediately made me feel comfortable and confident. Tim has gone out of his way to help me make exercise a part of my lifestyle, even doing home visits!
We have also worked out at the park which has been a real pleasure :) I never thought I would enjoy exercise so much and kettlebells in particular have helped me get stronger, more mobile and improve my fitness levels.

Been training with Tim since Jan 2020. He helped me strengthen my shoulder after an injury and since then Ive got stronger and stronger. his training is varied and keeps pushing my weak points while keeping it interesting

Kettlebells and work out outside made my 2020. It is definitely worth trying. I like this kind of exercise as it is not boring and it involves entire body. Working out on fresh air is fun and gives me a lot of energy for day at my job.
Thanks to Tim I stay motivated and I made a great progress. I was bit sceptic about weather. But I found that rain or freeze do not really bother me. Once I focus on kettlebels with all the snatches, swings and pushes, I feel like in sunny orange arched.
